Last week I was in shock when Anderson Cooper started a segment by saying that it was only a few days away from James Comey testifying to Congress that Pres. Trump committed "obstruction of justice" and asked him to stop the Flynn investigation.

Let's see what happens tomorrow.

I believe this is about the questioning gong on right now with Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and National Security Agency Director Adm. Mike Rogers and others. You are saying "No pressure from Trump administration on Russia probe" (direct quote) while the article title is "Intelligence chiefs won't say if Trump asked them to downplay Russia probe". There is a big difference between the two statements. You are saying "no pressure" while this is NOT what they said - AT ALL.

I am much more interested what in what James Comey has to say on Thursday.

However, even if James Comey says there was "no pressure" from the Trump administration to end the Russian investigation it's pretty much pointless. The question being ask isn't if Trump had applied pressure to stop this investigation, but instead if there was an obstruction of justice. The best part is this doesn't even address the original investigation, which is still ongoing - Did the Trump administration work directly with the Russian government on winning the election. Now we are finding out the Trump administration offered to remove sanctions for no reason at all.

In the mean time, we are now five months into the Trump administration and they have accomplished NOTHING. The ONLY thing they have accomplished is putting someone on the Supreme Court, which was a year over due, and they had to change the rules in order to do it. Thousands of important government positions remain unfilled, his approval rating is the lowest ever, and now his family is being accused of stealing charity money from cancer kids.... But somehow he still has time to play golf.

This is ridiculous. This is, by far, the worst president we've had in our lifetime.

I just linked you to the brand new CNN story that refutes what they themselves have been reporting non-stop and crediting it to the Washington Post without doing ANY due diligence to confirm the story.

Freakin' Carl Bernstein has been on CNN for months bragging about how the Washington Post has put him in charge of over 20 "reporters" whose ONLY goal was to cost Trump the election and now to "uncover" "bad" things about him to destroy his Presidency.

And story after story has been proven to be false.

First day of his Presidency they "reported" that he had removed the bust of MLK from the Oval Office.
CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the MSM all reported that as "fact".
It was quickly debunked the same day as a lie.

And that was just the start of things.

What happened today on Capital Hill was that a "major news story" from the Washington Post that has been reported as "fact" by CNN was proven to be yet ANOTHER made-up fake news story.

I told you months ago that you need to open your mind and let go of your irrational "hate Trump" emotions. The article says "Intelligence chiefs won't say if Trump asked them to downplay Russia probe". I already mentioned this. You lied about them saying there was "no pressure". They did not say that.

So the Washington Post says there was pressure and the CNN report says "they refused to answer if there was pressure". You are trying to play one report off of the other, claiming they say different things. They do not. One says "there was pressure to end the investigation" and the other says "they refused to answer questions on if there was pressure to end the investigation".

You can't seem to see the difference. CNN is NOT saying there was "no pressure to end the investigation". This is what you are implying. Instead, CNN is saying they refused to answer questions on if there was pressure in open testimony.

I don't know who Carl Bernstein is and do not care. However, it comes as no surprise that a major newspaper such as the Washington Post would assign twenty reporters to find out the truth about President Trump. Even more so after the Washington Posts role in Watergate.

If a major newspaper can find criminal acts that leads to the impeachment of a US President, isn't that their responsibility? Isn't this exactly what investigative reporting supposed to be?

I have opened up my mine, and so far to date everything I thought Trump would be as president has been 100% correct. He is horrible, has no political or government or military experience, and has no clue of what he is going. None what so ever.

I do not believe CNN is "anti Trump". I believe CNN is reporting the news. CNN is not my only source of news; I do not rely on one source of news but instead multiple feeds for news (which includes Fox News). ALL of the news agencies are telling me the same exact thing - which even includes Fox News (Neil Cavuto) which slammed Trump last night. All of the news is telling me the same exact thing:

- Nothing is being accomplished
- Walking away from the Paris agreement was bad
- No word on the budget yet
- The healthcare bill seems hopeless
- Approval rating is in the crapper
- We have five investigations looking to Trump working with the Russians, stealing the election, and obstruction of justice.

We are five months in and Trump has accomplished NOTHING.

Seriously? I'm Canadian and I even know who Carl Bernstein is, and his role in Watergate. Woodward/Bernstein should at least be known by those referencing Nixon and/or Watergate references.

It's also very irrelevant. The question isn't if Trump pressured the DNI. The question is "Did Trump pressure the head of the FBI". To the best of my recollection, no one has ever accused Trump of applying pressure to the DNI or the intelligence community. This is really an FBI investigation.

Let's see what James Comey has to say.

I always thought Wolf Blitzer was a great reporter. Anderson Cooper as well.

BUT...if you ask Hannity he will SAY he's an opinion talk show. He's said it many times on the air.

If you ask Anderson Cooper at CNN or Rachel Maddow at MSNBC they will swear up and down that they are NEWS reporters.
