Could Anybody Use 1000.00 Cash?

You may or may not have seen the prev thred regarding the "thing" that I came up with by accident.. I'm trying to get the patent as fast as I can and just as soon as I have it in my hot little hands I'll decide the 1000.00 Cash. Winner. I cannot obviously tell you what it is obviously but as soon as I have legal papers in hand and can pick the winner, the cash is YOURS along with not one but TWO of these "things".

Two people have seen it, have tried for two days to come up with a name for it and I fucking give up on that part .. you guys and gals are one heap much smarter than this poor little innocent dumb country boy from flowery branch so... 1000.00 to help me find a name for something that does this:

1. Weighs approximately the same as a frisbee and is capable of inverted flight thought it was never designed to fly at all. It just fucking does (only when u want it to, not like on it's own)

2. Max load cap (just guessing) approx 12 lbs.

3. Basic model comes in kit form and could be assembled by a 4 year old in maybe 5 minutes.

4. Capable of total stealth or total detectability for indefinite periods of time.

5. Can remain suspended indefinitely.

6. Capable of remaining inverted indefinitely.

7. Waterproof (guaranteed) down to at least 100m

8. Can survive and remain functional even if you drove a truck over it.

9. Capable of passing through any airport security technology without detection.

10. Could save you anywhere from the 19.95 you paid for it up to your life.. marriage.. home.

12. 100 percent Kid Safe. Let your kid piss all over it (not recommended for obvious reasons). It will not affect operation.

13. Every mother, father, man, woman, child, doctor. pilot, and total fucking idiot (saved a category just for me) could use one right now.

14. Can operate without power indefinitely.

15. May be reconfigured as many times as you wish but is not required.

16. Already capable of supporting over 10,000 (rough estimates) electronic devices without any perm. modificaitons.

17. Can be used as a weapon in case of emergency.

18. Comes in a 2 minute assembly kit form but we will custom build according to MILSPEC standards.

19. Will instantly solve a problem that has plagued hundreds of thousands of americans for years.

20. It can save lives and avoid costly mistakes.

21. It is equally useful at home, in the air, underwater or in the battlefield.

22. You can throw it away without thinking twice about it unless you don't have 19.95 for another one or a credit card.

23. It is capable of disappearing without leaving any trace as to what it was or what it's intended purpose was.

24. It is capable of self illumination without a power source.

And it came about totally by accident out of a fit of anger and total frustration.

Good Luck on the 1000 cash.

I'm waiting to pay it to YOU!!!!!

Best of luck to you. The patent department is currently over 4 years and 430,000 patents behind.

The last figures I was given showed that a patent will end up costing about $50,000 after legal fees and required plans and paperwork.

might help to know if it will be intented as a toy, gadget, or business tool because if you are trying to market it to businesses you don't want the name to be geared towards a 6 year old

Yep! You are going to need a lot of patience. I submitted a patent application in Summer 1999 for my mainstream business and it is coming up for "First Office Action" from the Patent and Trademark Office this July (or so they claim... I'm expecting it to be delayed even further) Thats 4 years so far, and first office action does not mean you get the patent, it means the process begins.

Total spent so far is approximately $40k, and we haven't even gotten to the hard part yet where you have to go back and forth with the PTO and your attorneys and get the damn thing granted.

But it will all be VERY VERY lucrative if it is granted. Can't wait.
Best of luck. Keep us posted on progress.
