What is it with dudes in the Navy?
Out of all the branches of service I see this the most with Navy dudes.. The guy will be 80 years old and wearing a hat with the ship he served on.. I mean fuck if the dude was in WW2 ship battles then fuck yea man wear that fucking hat, you earned it..
But any dick head after Vietnam in the Navy.. you were fucking taking out the trash and doing the fucking laundry.. I don't see 80 year old dudes walking around in "Army" or "Marines" t-shirts.. I never see 80 year old fighter pilots walking around with F-14 Tomcat hats.. They get a tattoo or hang out with their buds but don't usually throw it in everyone's face.. Look at Vendildo, he's the typical type.. every time you turn around he's trying to throw it in your face he was in the Navy... I mean really.. WTF, you Navy guys served on a fucking boat.. You fixed fucking leaky pipes and washed clothes or were a fucking cook.. Get over it already.. You had a govt job on a boat... Whats the big deal? You never got shot at... The only time your life was on the line was if your skipper got drunk or some dip shit opened up the wrong pipe.. |
Come on fam, you disrespecting our honorable service men?
Keep it to the dishonorable ones like vendildo. |

Nothing at all wrong with serving and I'm glad there are people willing to do it, but let's face facts here, WW2 was the last time the US was threatened by any country and forced into fight. Every war since then has been pushed by our Govt because of politics.. Meaning if you went to war since Vietnam, you "choose" to do it, no one forced you.. The guys we went to Vietnam, we all owe something because they got fucked.. but version then, it was a position you put yourself into if you went to war.. Again I have nothing against those who choose to serve in the armed forced, but they were paid for their service.. They got benefits for that service. Are people expected to bend down and praise firemen, cops, rescue crews? No.. people might say he, thanks for doing your job but no once is expected to praise them for it, because they choose that job.. The military is the same shit.. You choose to do it.. |

If we were attacked by another nation, I'd serve in a heart beat, but I'm not risking my life so oil companies can get record profits.. fuck that.. If you want to go fight so shell & Exxon can keep making profits then good for you.. Now I will say, I would have loved to do certain things in the military, but a fucking grunt, fighting for oil companies.. no fucking way.. |
sounds like a you problem.
ever consider simply minding your own fucking business and just let people be? |

Yet I bet the orange messiah worshipers will get bent out of shape about my post.. |
So the ships sent to Iraq and Afghanistan had just army and marine guys? Our ships bombed a few years ago had army and marine guys only?
SpecOps flew over on every mission and Team 6 guys stayed home and were left out? Navy SEALS are just a cute name for guys who swim close to home? Try logging into a Navy forum and get general access to chat with actual Navy SEALS. Ask the SpecOps guys if they sit on the sidelines while army and marine guys fight. This post by Crockett is a CrockOfShit. You should be embarrassed to call yourself an American. |
If you were influenced by trump to disrespect our servicemen... I cant take you serious anymore as a man. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Dont be like trump bro.

They signed up for a job and were paid.. Just like every cop in your town, just like every fireman, every teacher... No one forced anyone ever to become a Navy Seal.. Those guy more than anyone choose to do that because they wanted to do it... Is a race car driver a hero because he chooses a job that is dangerous? Is a school bus driver a hero? A doctor? All these people provide service to others be it helping them or entertaining them.. |

During the Bush years they made taking advantage of service members a profit margin.. so fuck anyone who says I'm out of line.. |
Navy guys love their freaking ball caps, that's for sure. They have them with their ships on them. It's nice. It's cute. Every time I see them I'll hold the door open for them or strike up a conversastion with them.
Amy folks are worse. They like to cover their cars with bumper stickers. Usually trucks. They will cover the entire rear back window with six or seven stickers. It's tacky. For some reason they want you to know exaclty what unit they were in. I have a Marine Corps sticker on my car. Just the little sticker. |

Yeah is all good, I always hold the door as well for the older guys.. They earned it.. I wanted to prove a point though.. No one says shit when Republicans disrespect the troops, when troops are sent to war so companies can make profits... The Republican party platform was to trash John Kerry's service a fucking war hero.. Then the same people try to play hollier than thou or make excuses for Trumps attacks on service members.. Yet say anything about the troops and people jump all over you.. |

The Marine Corps is part of the Department of the Navy

I dont have any stickers tho. I did have a license plate one point, but it's annoying having everybody want to talk about it everywhere I go. Especially the "did you kill people" idiots.

For me, the CF1 card in my wallet is the only military designation I still carry and use. Good for businesses that honor vet discount programs. My brother-in-law is a fire chief and the common joke that he even laughs at is - how do you know when you're sitting next to a firefighter in a bar? Oh, don't worry...he'll let you know. :1orglaugh As for CrockofShit's opinion above - he's entitled to it. Someone else paid for his freedom of speech. |

It's really not fair to to judge someone for the decisions they made in their youth. Surely not everyone made the proper decisions in their youth. Not everyone is required to serve; Not everyone has the ability or the option to serve. |
