So nobody at CCBill gives a fuck anymore
I am both an affiliate and a merchant, and I do produce a decent amount of sales per month.
For 2 months in a row I've been waiting to get paid by CCBill and they keep giving me the run-around. Every time I ask for a tracking number, I am told to wait, so for the last 2 months supposedly I've been issued 2 wires, and CCBill has refused to give me the tracking numbers to either one. Needless to say, the money never made it into my bank. Every time I call, I get the same idiot on the phone (same as on the chat) that tells me that no supervisor is available, and that I can't speak with anyone from accounting. So around $4000 dollars are missing, and apparently CCBill just doesn't give a fuck anymore about its merchants and affiliates... Beware! This is the same thing that happened with ePassporte before they disappeared with all our money! |

i think you were crying about this earlier right? did you take a trip down to the bank with the numbers to the 2 wires what was the result if you did? ccbill is not your investigator. you need to bring some proof calling them these things. now you are saying some bad things.

Czarina you need to forget Support and go directly to your CCBill Rep. You should have his/her direct number, or an email with how to contact them directly. Ask WTF is going on.
You can also email accounting directly. You can call their Arizona offices and get through to your Rep and Accounting. You have more patience than I would ever have! Good luck to you. |
My bank can not start an investigation without the wire tracking numbers (or confirmation numbers), which CCBill is refusing to provide.
My CCBill used to be Paul, who apparentlyis nowhere to be found and probably not with the company anymore. I have contacted the issuing bank that CCBill uses to send the wires: a German bank called WireCard, which promptly referred me back to CBill. I have called, emailed, chatted CCBill, and the answer is always the same: you have to keep on waiting, we have sent this to our accounting department. I am very frustrated and have no idea what to do next. |
By the way, they refuse to patch me through to accounting or to a supervisor of any sort.

I completely sympathize with your frustration with CCBill. I've been with them since 2005, I think I've had 4 account reps in the last 2 years and they are useless. A few years ago I changed where I wanted my payments sent, it took two months for them to finally get it sorted after they made mistake after mistake. Good luck. Dave |

Definitely if you have any sort of info go to your bank. But it sounds like you have nothing to even bring to them obviously. CCBill is mostly membership sales. Have they gone down hill over time like I assume so? Or is CCBill lazy with support now? I don't want to insinuate either. But I'm curious as well. [email protected] goes to the supervisor Live chat can't do anything with account as its 2 different systems and they don't have the premissions on the system to see or do anything on anyone accounts/payments Jenni is the person you need and she has been a rock at ccbill for years. Paul left ccbill a couple of years ago. |
