I find them to be one of the worst infringers and have the most questionable content. Who owns them?

I think they are overseas and afaik dont actually process anything (havent checked in a long time)

The bulk of their revenue is from ad networks and cams

They don't have a premium section or own any paysites or cam sites like Pornhub, Xhamster, and Xvideos, so they don't process Visa or M/C. If anything Spankbang, Porntrex, Eporner, and the like are going to benefit from this shit show and will get even worse. The porn uploaders and traffic are going to go somewhere...

When I send a DMCA I usually send it to the revenue stream as well. So the traffic people. 99.9% of the time I get a reply saying this is not their issue. But it is.

Now after PH got nailed maybe they will start to take a look at the fact they can get nailed as well

Those old wankers dont know how real shit goes, in past on exo the most used was payoneer by at least 75% of pubs, when they stopped it nothing hapend, all pubs moved to the next one, such as paxum and others, so yeah, it is clear they dont know shit. As I said, 20 years back!
