Hello,

Has anyone heard from Penthouse in a while?

Ive been trying to get them to update my webmaster account but am getting no response. They reached out to me 6 weeks ago asking to increase traffic during one of their promotions, but when I ask for help, all I get is crickets.

They have paid me, but they are paying my Paxum account in the wrong currency so I never know which payment is which.

I get an email from them every Friday with promo tools, plus there is an email address from them should anyone need to get a hold of them. However, nobody answers.

Very frustrating. Am I the only one?

I experienced the same thing.. however, last week I responded to one of their mentioned spam mails and got a reply a couple days later

Maybe they have some errors.

I thought Penthouse was going to be taken over by SexCash.

I do get paid, but the payments still remain listed as "unpaid" in NATS

btw I just realized I have one of the penthouse reps on skype.. haven't talked to him since april though so who knows if this still works, but his id is wg.ddf.ac :)

Same, many payments listed as 'not paid' but some have.

Got a skype response this morning. Fingers crossed.

Over 24 hours since their rep said he was going to update my account, still nothing.

Another 24 hours after their rep said they were updating my account 'now', and still nothing. No missing payment received either.

Here we go again, affiliate support says they are going to update my account and pay me. 3 Days later, still nothing.

Really sucks when someone says they will do something, and they dont.

Why do I get the feeling we will be hearing from you today as well?

Hopefully someone will see this from Penthouse and actually help me.

Their rep said they were going to update my account and send pending payments a week ago. However, nothing was done.

They updated my NATS account yesterday, but still waiting for payment.

Really sucks when a person says they are going to do something 'today', but then it takes 8 days. Next when they say payment coming soon......

They haven't approved my account changes in 6 months or approved my w-9. Sales have not been updated. Their NATS program is still up and they send me 3 fhg's every week. Every iteration of Penthouse has been operated this way, I wonder who the fuck is going to buy them next?

It would probably be smart to stop promoting them.

It does suck that they send the FHG email every week, which you cant turn them off.

2 Weeks after payment was said to be coming, still nothing.

Crickets again.

I feel that sometimes we are told 'payment is coming' just to shut us up.

Maybe someone at Penthouse will read this...

Maybe April is the month for payment (which was said to be coming in Febraury)
