Quote:

Danny Masterson has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for raping two women.

Masterson sat in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday as the judge handed down his sentence of a minimum of 30 years to life in prison.

The 47 year-old Scientologist actor - best known for playing smart-mouthed Steven Hyde on That '70s Show - was found guilty by a jury last May on two counts of forcible rape. Jurors were unable to reach a verdict on a third rape charge against him.

Another one bites the dust.

Surprises me really, because back in 2001/2003 when it happened, the entire cast of 'That 70's Show' used to go out to clubs as a group, and after Ashton, he was the guy that nearly all the girls were throwing themselves at...

Cant see any reason why he would need to force anyone to do anything. But hey ho, guilty is guilty, and you cant say that he hasn't had his 'Days' in court...

Huggles 09-07-2023 12:10 PM

30 years!!!

God... smells like a Ron Jeremy situation all over again...

I hope he gets fucked up the ass in jail and punished with extreme pain

He won't. He will be kept separate with the rapists and pedos. And he is a a celebrity on top of that, he will get special treatment.

What do you mean? He likes the control.

Huggles 09-07-2023 01:12 PM

Holy fuck can you imagine facing 30 years in prison... 3 years would be shit but you'd get some cool tattoos and maybe learn to fight better, brew some hooch, protect your b-hole, etc etc, and on good behavior could get early release. Probably wouldn't be too horrible in Canada... come to think about it, would probably be helluva lot better than being homeless!

But 30 years? I guess if you're rich and famous though, you got your lawyers telling you that they'll get you out on appeal or something and not to worry. Plus probably special treatment.

That might just be a part of it. He could have any woman he wanted but... What's the fun in that?

It's just like men that stand outside of woman's window and watches them. You can see that shit on the Internet - why risk getting caught.

These celebrity rape cases always seem like bullshit money grab to me. None of us know the guy so none of us can declare if he seems like the type that would do that but it seems like guys that are rich and famous like that probably don't need to rape anyone. When a girl goes home with a guy and hops naked into a shower with him I think it's safe to say that they both know damned well what they are there for.

I read the complaint (of what was not sealed) seemed like the judge really wanted him. Even the first jury said the DA focused on social issues and their closing arguments than an actual case. Very weird.

ladida 09-08-2023 10:39 AM

30 years for a crime in 2002. US and #metoo movement are insane. It's funny reading some of these sentences.
Also funny reading about this on a porn page, where all women are extremely normal, not moody, never lied about anything, never did a shoot then changed their mind and just in general, honest solid women who know what they want.

funny.

I'm 50/50... twice in my life I've been roofied, once my ex couldn't finish her drink after we were dancing, so I drank both and someone spiked hers... I was fucked, could not remember a thing and she had to get me back home. Probably a lot more women or men who got raped by celebrities but cannot even remember what happened to them that night...

It is 2023... who wants to risk being "that guy" who said "that stuff" about women?

Hell yeah bitches lie, but there are also psychopath guys who will drug and rape women with as much thought put into it as we do taking a piss...

After I've been roofied twice, I can see why predators use those drugs. Without friends around and without my camera, the 2nd time I wouldn't have even be able to piece my night back together.

He's not getting out on appeal. And I doubt many celebrities get "special treatment" while in prison for rape.

These celebrity rape cases always bring out the victim blamers. People who have no idea how justice works, have not seen any of the evidence, know barely nothing about the case, but like to dream up wacky conspiracies anyway.

Did the girl "jump in the shower with him" or is that just something you made up off the top of your head?

So you're saying the testimony and evidence giving during these trials are all made-up lies by hysterical women?

TheLegacy 09-09-2023 09:24 AM

There's an appeal going on because they feel the judge overlooked several things that could prove his innocence. The story hasn't come to an end.

Danny Masterson sentenced to 30 years to life for two rapes - BBC

Quote:

Throughout the trial, prosecutors argued that the Church of Scientology had helped cover up the assaults - an allegation the organisation has categorically denied.

At the time of the attacks, Masterson and all three of his accusers were Scientologists. Several of the women said it took them years to come forward because Church of Scientology officials discouraged them from reporting the rape to police.

Scientology officials told one survivor she would lose her membership of the community unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement and accepted a payment of $400,000 (£320,000), according to prosecutors.

funny.

People in general like to lecture the others, instead of minding their own business.
It's more important to play the avenger (even when it doesn't make any sense).
What weird, is not that we are on a porn page.
What's weird is that "entrepreneurs" (I think we can call us like that) waste their time doing it, too.

Justice can break the victim, claiming that he (or she) is not. More or less arbitrarily, by lack of empathy.
Or jail the innocent.
It's justice... It's purpose is to soothe the society when something bad happens
justice (the institution) is not Justice (the philosophical concept).
Polysemy is dangerous.

I told you exactly what i said. Are you a woman also? You sure sound like one.

20 year old "rape" cases from a person's then girlfriend are bullshit and there can't be any evidence on that that is convincing enough to sentence someone. End of story.

I've done things with my, now 20+ years wife, that if, for some sad reason, we split up, she could easily change her story and, by your laws, convict me on spot. I have 0 proof she begged for that, but the holier then thou attitude you people like to portray would question nothing. I'm not even sure is there one relationship on this earth where a woman can't turn something around from a relationship to it being abusive if she wanted to. Your whole change in what actually "rape" is is the reason your society will eventually collapse from the inside as no man will act normal around a woman. It went from "forcible sex being beaten" to "forcible sex" to "threatened sex" to "not wanting sex but doing it cause ..." to "we had sex but i didnt want it and he didnt know" to "we had sex that i wanted, but i now know i was coerced into doing it" to "we didnt have sex, but he sexually abused me in my mind".

Reading reddit now about this case, ashton and mila wrote letters for this guy, and now we have witch hunt on them. You people are crazy with your hollier then thou attitude in public.

Tasty1 09-10-2023 03:40 AM

Didn't follow the case. But isn't it 50/50he is innocent?
Cause first they didn't convict him and now they do.
And now in appeal with another 50/50 change.
It is a casino.

But he joined Scientology, so there must be something wrong in his head.

Hey dude, if you want to defend a convicted rapist that's on you. Personally I would never stoop that low.

For some reason, I'm always shocked to read how many GFYers choose to blame rape victims instead of the actual rapists. But this is the porn industry and maybe I shouldn't be so fucking naive.

Remember when you supported the false imprisonment of Tate brothers, and calling them "sex traffickers"? They are now free because that was not true, based on facts & evidence that you willfully avoided. I remember. :winkwink: :winkwink: :winkwink:

The Tate brothers were released from house arrest ahead of their trial. They have not been acquitted of the rape and human trafficking charges.

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate released from house arrest in Romania pending trial

Quote:

Controversial online influencer Andrew Tate has been released from house arrest in Romania pending his trial for human trafficking, and placed under judicial supervision.

The Bucharest Court of Appeal made the ruling on Friday.

Tate's brother Tristan, and other alleged accomplices, are also subject to the new conditions, which are valid for a period of 60 days until early October.

During this period, the brothers, aged 36 and 34 respectively, must report regularly to the police and are not allowed to leave the Bucharest area, where they are charged with human trafficking and rape, without the judge's consent.

They are also not allowed to meet the two Romanian women co-accused in the case.
Why do you feel the need to lie? Or maybe you just misspoke because you weren't properly informed on this topic either.

Ya because they release real human traffickers to house arrest.
You sure believe anything the establishment tells you to. :upsidedow

When it's all done, you should personally send them and everyone an apology for misinformation. Same as you should have done about your Covid vaccine misinformation. :2 cents:

Their trial hasn't even started yet. They are not "free" as you stated; they are only freed from house arrest until the trial. Why can't admit you were wrong in the previous post? And why do you need feel the need to deflect to some weak-ass Covid bullshit?

It doesn't matter what topic it is, you trust & believe anything the establishment radical left tells you to. They say Tate bad, you agree, they say get jab and lie to everyone about it's data, you do it, they say Hunter laptop is fake, you believe. I wasn't in the cesspool at the time, but I'd even go so far to guess that you believed whole heartedly the Jussie Smollet bullshit too, bcos it was fed through your MSNBC's/WaPo/fake news networks.

A perfect liberal extremist.
