If TGPs didn't accept paid placement, and found a way to make money that fueld actual sales, that would be a start. They may control a lot of our blood flow, but they are still parasites. :)

Free porn will always exist; You will NEVER shut it down. Our member's aren't paying for porn, they are paying to have all of their porn in one place. As long as you high quality content that no one has seen before, they will flock to site in droves and pay you tons of money.

TGP's DO suck. It's pretyy sad that it takes 100k hits to break even when 5k hits on LL's would make double the money. TGP's are goo filler traffic. There are exceptions though, Shemp, RR and PK are pretty good. But they know what they are doing and allow webmasters to make money making galleries.

TGPs are dilited clicks. They click a lot, around a bunch of TGPs, and then the cum in their shorts and don't spend any money.

hey man, that's average. Click thru rations on galleries are usualy pretty low. if you can't make bank off 350k hits you are targeting wrong or have a bad sponsor.

If everyone who expresses concern about too much free porn stopped putting it out there, then it would dribble to a near standstill. I tend to think this debate is one of those the-sky-is-falling-so-get-out sorta thangs.

The only problem with this idea is that it has been given as advice time and time again that the only way for the average newbie to make money is to do just that.

So, in an oversaturated industry, you have too many dogs pissing in the same grass who do not know how to aim correctly, thus fucking it up for all the 'older' people in the biz that thought what they were doing (unique & dif than the free sites & galleries) was safe. It's like a snake swallowing it's own tail.

Now, if some braniac had the idear to start telling newbies that TGP2 feeders would do great to upsell AVS sites, then it would be harder for the surfer to find one nipple on any site. Then what? Let's all say it together now:

If there was some universal law that there could only be 5 softcore pics on a free page, and it was physically impossible to break this law, the same people that are rich now would be still be rich, and the same people complaining about too much free porn ruining their ability to make money would still not be making money and they would find another excuse.

TGP's are the free market at work. Competition. The strong and capable do what the weak and incapable cannot do. There is no incentive for people who can make money off TGP's and TGP traffic to do anything to make it easier for the people who can't make money and complain and yearn for industry wide collusion and cooperation to make money.

The same people buy ad spots and gallery spots on large TGP's month after month. There must be money to be made or they wouldn't be doing it.

Just because certain people can't do it, doesn't mean it can't be done. It just means that those certain people can't do it.

1: don't have any sites
2: post less than 2 weeks ago....I got my first $5 check on message boards
3: Geniunly believe that if they don't succeed the market must be oversaturated
4: Work in copyshops and get tipped on their fingers by their boss
if they get caught watching porn
5: Dedicate 95% of their online time posting useless messages on adult webmaster boards.
