anyone that deals with me on any of my projects, knows i am usually online like 16-18hrs a day.

sometimes even more than that.

Regardless of how much i post, you can beleive i am getting my share of work done.

i work VERY hard at what i do, and give my business plan 150% effort, i am currently on target for my goals.

If that is not good, then its too fucking bad ... its my business, not yours.

Walk into a deli and tell the owner how to manage his business ....

Guys like me lately i have been posting alot, but I get alot of shit done also.

atleast i have and work toward goals.

unlike the 90% of idiots on here who think:

1) just because you post on GFY, your a webmaster

2) gallery submitting will make you rich

very few people know of any of them, and not a single person knows all of them .... but they will all hit at once.

There is one out now that is riding on a partner since i was afraid to open under my own name. Seams i was right since it now has affiliates.

My next 2 or 3 will be even better programs.

well obviously one of them is my dvd site, and 2 others are alot bigger.

Id really like to make the dvd site work, it has great potential.

By cutting out the middle man, or distributer i am assuming like 110% more profits than i would otherwise, for just a bit more work.

Very excited about that one.

New billing system, shopping cart, and affiliate program are being developped as we speak.

Might not be too much longer befroe she rolls .... i cant wait.

I'll be able to buy Brad Shaw in a year! :)

Keep in mind that potential doesn't always equal success. You can never know how big (or small) something will be until you do it. But I admire your enthusiasm!!

i had this program up and running with no affiliates a while back.

It was my very very very first adult site, so i had no CLUE what to do. I always just figured the hits would come lol

It still made drips of sales with very little traffic, so i am pretty sure it will do fine with some actual promotion.

Now that i have some knowledge of promotion, and SE work, and other stuff, i think it will do very well, with or without affiliates.

Bullshit. Anything can be as big as you make it up to a reasonable point. If somebody decided they were going to make millions just submitting galleries today they could find a way to do it. Some people just don't have what it takes.

this is why i am so excited about my dvd project.

Since it was my very first site, i dumped money into it like water.

100% custom written frontend and backend including a full detailed admin center for me to monitor all shit, and create/edit/manage new inventory

I was into the site for about $4k when i finally gave up and decided it was time to learn alot more first.

Now i feel i am ready to run with it ... and 95% of the work is done and paid for.

Very nice feeling i have for this one ....

I was so new it wasnt funny.

I had dreams like you wouldnt beleive for my dvd site!!

what i had not factored in was how exactly i was going to get the traffic, or approach any marketting/promotion.

had i known then what i know now, it might have worked out differently.

The most promotion i did back then was swapping some banners with other webmasters.

made a few sales, but not steady enough to stick with it.

Rich nothing is easy in life, many bumps in the road, but at these bump you decide if you go over it and defeat or back down and give up

Wholesale is still my main income , i sell around 2 trailer loads per month give or take.

Each trailer holds 24 palletes, each pallete has around 900 books

So roughly 43,200 books are moved. I broker it. I presell the merchandise, and ship it to the customer , but keep a few for myself.

Website does not that much yet still in a beta testing but around 10 sales per day

I know how it goes man. There's tons of money waiting in damn near everything we touch on a daily basis. I personally know hundreds of things people could do to get rich but rarely do you find someone with the brains to be rich who isn't already.
