Umm maybe if I travel down there at some point, but aint missplaced right now.

I heard Asia Carerra (sp) lost her place today, but she has alot of contacts out here and I'm sure doesn't have a problem finding help but small biz owners could be crushed.

The sad thing is all that smoke is going to blow back into LA when the low pressure system comes @ the end of the week. I was just gonna leave for a week to avoid the smoke, but something compelled me to write this thread. The Adult biz is under attack from all angles, it's time we banded together to help each other rather than fold seperately. The big guys will survive, the new upstarts that invested eveything into thier sites and bussinesses could fold just having to relocate. This is for them. it's time to stop complaining of how bad things are and start doing something about it. This is what America & freedom of speach is all about.

Thanks. it's real, and it sucks to be homeless due to a fire. I lost my apartment due to fire about 17 years ago and when I smell that smell of burning houses it sends chills up my spine. Fire doesn't discriminate, it just takes everything... family albums and pictures that a thief would never touch. It ruins all your clothes even if you catch it in time not to burn the whole building down. Insurance could never pay for what fire takes from you... and your life takes a long time to rebuild after it burns down. Many people loose pets and livestock - my friends were not allowed to go to thier house and get thier horses... so they had friends sneak up through the canyon and rescue them. A magazine photographer that I know has every copy of Penthouse ever printed, and original art and sculptures and thousands of original slides of some of the most beautiful women in the world... he had to evacuate yesterday. Sucks man, fire majorly sucks. Get the word out, I know that this has affected someone in our biz that now has nowhere to go to rebuild thier lives, and I have 2 spare bedrooms and plenty of space. 818-360-4352

Yeah, life in San Diego's been awful for the past few days. Smoke and ash everywhere. No clear air to breathe... <cough> ... Rather claustrophibic to say the least!

This is NOT fun! Seems a bit clearer this morning though. :)

The air is pretty clear here up in the hills and north of the valley. The wind blows the other way so it's clear clean and crisp air in Granada Hills. Come up for a breather if you want - we have cable conections but you gotta bring your laptop.
