as you can see, he is clearly stealing copying the entire template, including stealing images and graphics I make.

Can his host and his ISP not be made aware of his stealing/copying ways and have him shut the fuck down? I'm honestly sick of hearing about him stealing shit, copying shit, having dozens upon dozens of people coming forward to corroborate the complaints, yet have nothing done about it.

Most people dont even consider galleries anything important, unless of course you design them for people like I do and they get riped, it sucks, he has been doing this for awhile, if I can do something I will, but there really isnt much I can do.

There certainly is some things you can do. Any host that would look at the comparative information you have as proof of his copying and not shut him down, well.... a thread can be made about that host too. GFY is big enough to be a pain in anyone's ass if they ask for it.

and talk to one of the reps there about the issue, we had someone on another site posting pictures, and they yanked the server for us, until they got rid of all data.
