Hotwiredcontent screwing ppl?

i was wondering if there are more ppl who had problems with them...

i got screwed by them...so before i post the drama , i want to know if more ppl got screwed/had problems with them

i guess i can post it now

i ordred their blowout content deal on Feb 24th paid the same day.
Chaos (Jeff) said it was sent out...i waited for a month and when i saw it's not coming i contacted him to see what's going on...
haven't heard from him for a while (he said he replied, but i never recived his replies)
anyways once he did reply he said it will be taken care of and he'll get back to me with results...which hasn't happened
so i contacted him again...he said he was on the phone with terry.
i waited for a few hours he was still on the phone with him...i got pissed and told him i want a refund...he gave me his word it will be taken care of the same day ( that was on march 31st)
needless to say i haven't heard from him since then and my messages are keep getting no reply...

so i decided i'll post this BS here...to see what other ppl has to say...and if any 1 had problems with them

i heard terry is having all kind of problems...so he might mistaken me for a milking cow...and he can just take my money...

although they are probably pretty busy shooting right now... march break is just finishing.

the thing is that i ordered it before the whole march thing...and been told it was sent out...which i haven't seen any proof for...


and even if they are busy...and can't send it out

sending a refund takes 2min ...which they don't want to do aswell

Hey- I think they are just busy with shooting all of the Spring Break footage. People tend to fall off the earth when shows or shoots are going on. Not saying it's right to blow clients off during the busy times, just something to consider...


I suspect this because I too can not get a hold of them and they owe me nothing.. So, if the non-reponsiveness is not singular to just you, chances are they are probably just not very good about multi-tasking. :Oh crap

and the fact that they are busy or not was never on...

it was always "i'm looking care of it"
"it will be taken care of today"
"you have my word"

then nothing

the last time i spoke with jeff on the 31st
he said i'll get a refund by the end of the day
and gave me his word

i don't think that being busy can give you the right to fuck ppl over
and shoot blank words into the air

I was going to buy this too but when he showed me samples of the content it was from a previous package and although he said that was different content it was the same. Something seemed a little shady.

I find it so Ironic that you of most people (a known thief) would accuse Terry of being one. Terry is alot of things but a thief he is not.

Terry is on the way back from Key West now. We've been down shooting since Feb 24th. As you know Spring Break happens once a year and it's tough to handle all that extra work and your daily business when you are away from the office. The person that was in charge of taking care of this while Terry was gone apparently did not. I just talked to Terry on the cell and I know he is not planning to rip you off and as soon as he gets in the office and access to his computer he will take care of this issue.

the thing that you are talking about was 3 years ago...when i was a fuckedup newbie and knew shit.
since then my record is clean...there are tons of ppl with which i do biz with and can gurantee that i'm 100% good for my word and i always pay upfront

i only posted it because i was pulled by the nose for a month now...Jeff told me i'll get a refund...haven't heard back from him (it was on the 31st) he told me he will get back to me the same day

all i want is my money back...which seems to be too hard for them...

Well actually he didn't call him a thief. He could have opened a thread with the title saying he was a thief but he didn't. He only asked what was going on due to it taking so long for them to help him out.

If Terry is able to work it out I guess the problem is solved

BabeHunter - I do apologize for any confusion. I have been out of town and was not aware that you had purchased any content. I am only aware of one individual who purchased the content blowout while I was out of town who is located in Germany who's content package was sent before I left for Spring Break. When I returned yesterday I learned the package was sent back due my writing the address incorrectly.

If anyone has purchased content from someone other than myself, please email me and let me know when and what you purchased as well as how it was paid for. I would like to get everyone what they ordered. If anyone feels they would just prefer a refund at this point that is not a problem either.

As many of you know, I have been in this business a long time and it is not my intention to screw anyone over. This is a case of my being out of town and thinking my content company was being managed when it looks like it wasnt.
