they still use programs and use proxies to scan, so its a diff ip each time and crack their way in, our company stops that. we deal with those people daily.

I have a redirect script for surfers that come from a list of domains
I set. I could give them more that they bargained for ......Just my way to spread the love but so far I have not taken that route.

Members area protection scripts in this industry are lagging way behind unless you've got your own in-house system.

But there's really nothing out there in terms of 3rd party protection that I know of that I'd consider to be even "good enough."

I recognize several sites on that list "protected" by such 3rd party companies. The passes for those were posted about three weeks ago, yet still active.

Not sure though tthe last one we found was getting plenty of donations it was quite alarming.

There is another point with these sites that sometimes its just a false statement - ie the WM owns the sites they are listing and just market it that the surfer is getting something.

This one clearly is not the case and these sites of course cost us as the processer as we loose the transactions.

Yeah, the surfers to those sites are not all freeloaders. Thus why some people leak passwords out on purpose.

There's at least one site on that list who does that, and it's not just a garbage site either. Mostly exclusive stuff there.

All webmasters should have an iframe on all of his/her sites. The contents of this frame should be managed by one application. Webmasters can enter illigal sites into a pool, when the site is verified to be illigal by multiple webmasters the site will be iframed for a few days on all sites to give a nice BW bill... :glugglug
