I can legally grow up to 12 plants at a time and have no more than 1/2 pound of cured weed.

I can have it on my dashboard of my car while driving if i really want... Just the same as alcohol or other medicines, dont operate heavy machinery while using.

That is possible, in the future. But for years now, it hasnt happened.

Only a couple of incidents where over 1,000 plants were being grown.

It is still not legal federally, but they havent taken one step towards it. Too busy and will stay busy for awhile. Medical marijuana has been here for years and will be for years to come.
