I have done my math, I think for 100 Million Dollars we can have a pretty decent hotel to start with. We'll let it ride for a few years, and make some money with it and then expand.

I will try my best on finding my Mil. I need 99 of you to come up with a Million dollars each.

I have a number of buildings in LA that I am invested in and have done crazy good on them, limited partnerships.

with that said I have no idea about the hotel biz, though sounds interesting.
