Some of them are using american based billing processors - while their ideology may be more 'international', they may still fall into the bona fide 'us stream of commerce' (and be subject to 2257).

I have non-US sponsors list as well, but I'm including non-US hosting, billing, and registrars as the minimum requirements.

well ............ I do contact all sponsors, I just took down a DUTCH sponsor because they asked me, so yep I am not compiling a foreign sponsor list but I wanna make certain the list I compile is usefull and it will be used for all my TGP's as well.

I think that Tottycash is from uk (it is the english versione of the french Carpediem).
It is in europe but i don't know what kind of billing processors they use.
They have cc, dialers and more :D

again, I do contact the sponsors and if they do NOT want to be listed, they will NOT be listed, although I admit it is a small list all sponsors there are genuine !

They are NOT international sponsors if they use Epoch, period. And if they use CCBill the join forms will be marked CCBill EU.

Most EU companies, process with Epoch.

You can add http://www.makebling.com to the list, they use CCBill EU.

het gaat om 2 dingetjes:
1. nederlands bleppen in een "omgeving" waar de meesten gewoon de de moeite nemen in "english" of zelfs "engrish" te spreken.
2. ik ben heel serieus bezig om een goede lijst samen te stellen voor niet amerikaanse webmasters en sexmoney is IMHO een dialer programma prove me wrong.
Ja ik ben beslist ouder dan jij en nee ik vindt het fantasties dat jij zo een success hebt, respect heb ik allang niet meer voor je, but who cares.
en nee om eerlijk te zijn heb ik absoluut geen behoefte om ook maar enige joins te sturen naar welk programma dan ook behalve degenen die de moeite hebben genomen te reageren op mijn e-mails en/of ICQ's betreffende mijn lijssie LOL

Het was een copy/paste en aangezien ik geen zin had het te vertalen. Ging erom dat je dacht dat het een dialer company is. Ze hebben dus ook creditcards etc. Maar ja, dat begrijp je natuurlijk niet.
