Also, I need you to be able to keep me online all the time. Right now my server is going offline at least twice daily. I just got home to find my stuff was offline for 3 hours right now. Yesterday it was 7 hours. The day before 2 hours.

Last week I was down for a full 21 hours. I can't have this anymore.

You know it baby. Ya know, the owner has my total and utter respect as a businessman and a person. I'm even gonna be meeting up with him next week. But I just don't think I can go on any longer having my server offline every day.

I was online for 1 week straight and in that time my sales doubled and were going up again. I set myself goals, when I don't meet them I wonder why. Maybe I'm finding out why...

I hope the owner of my current host gets back to me ASAP.

Instead of going for the best price, go for the best service and uptime... Why spend $500 less if it's going to cost you $5,000 in downtime... Know what I mean :)

First do some investigation and try to get some statistics regarding the most evident topics like:

- Maximum pageviews a day
- Maximum simultaneous unique visitors you ever had
- Maximum connections on your database you ever had.
- Maximum mbit peaks

After you know this, an experienced sys admin can tell you what kind of machine you
need to run your service fast and smooth for now and the next 2 years. At this moment
you don?t know if you need a single or a dual processor, you need 2 or 4 gig internal memory or that you need SCSI or IDE disks.

And probably you don?t want to know; well to be honest I would like to make you an offer to
run your services but first I want to know something more regarding the questions I put up in

It seems to be only me who is having problems. Now the problem has been fixed, and I am told this from the Owner. He is a good man, so I'll persist with this server and see how it goes.

I know another 20 people who use this hosting and none of them have had one single problem. Now you could just say I'm unlucky or you could say its a coincidence its only me. Either way I don't think its enough reason to pull names out the bag so you can all bash these people.
