100Mbit Server. Who's Got Prices For Me??

List your prices, don't say icq me... I will refuse to do business with you.

Just list your prices and a contact please.

Also, I need you to be able to keep me online all the time. Right now my server is going offline at least twice daily. I just got home to find my stuff was offline for 3 hours right now. Yesterday it was 7 hours. The day before 2 hours.

Last week I was down for a full 21 hours. I can't have this anymore.

Ross.

Rice_Master 09-08-2005 08:07 AM

Ross you're fucking sexy. :liebe028:

Ross 09-08-2005 08:07 AM

Crazy! I got 4 people icq'ing me saying they can do me a better deal than anyone in this thread. No one fucking posted in the thread yet. All 4 of you are off my icq and I won't be doing business with you!

How's the programme doing?

zagi 09-08-2005 08:13 AM

Ross we can offer 100Mbps for $3500/month with most months going at 0 downtime. We also have 2 data centers that you can host from either NY or Amsterdam.

We would get you a DELL PowerEdge server so if some hardware broke we'd be able to replace it in minutes - as we have spares - and all the parts are easily swappable.

Dual 3Ghz Xeon
2GB RAM
73GB SCSI

ICQ: 4930562 - if you have any questions or want to work out a better deal

Joesho 09-08-2005 08:16 AM

I was online for 1 week straight and in that time my sales doubled and were going up again. I set myself goals, when I don't meet them I wonder why. Maybe I'm finding out why...

I hope the owner of my current host gets back to me ASAP.

Hey Ross, my suggestion would be to go with one of the majors... We have hosting all over the place and some of my favorites are National Net, Jupiter, Webair, Reality Check Network

Instead of going for the best price, go for the best service and uptime... Why spend $500 less if it's going to cost you $5,000 in downtime... Know what I mean :)

DH

Best hosting company hands down Ross. I've been with them for quite awhile now and have never been happier.. be sure to consider Webair when making your decision.

Ross.

First do some investigation and try to get some statistics regarding the most evident topics like:

- Maximum pageviews a day
- Maximum simultaneous unique visitors you ever had
- Maximum connections on your database you ever had.
- Maximum mbit peaks

After you know this, an experienced sys admin can tell you what kind of machine you
need to run your service fast and smooth for now and the next 2 years. At this moment
you don?t know if you need a single or a dual processor, you need 2 or 4 gig internal memory or that you need SCSI or IDE disks.

And probably you don?t want to know; well to be honest I would like to make you an offer to
run your services but first I want to know something more regarding the questions I put up in
the beginning of this post. After that I can make you a offer that?s highly competitive and I guarantee you the quality and continuity via a Service Level Agreement.

We run over 100 large mainstream services for international clients, all based in the Netherlands, all redundant, everything fall backed and save. Besides that we run lots of
galleries for webmasters and we run askjolene.com including all her whitelabels.

Thanks for your time and regards,

Toine

I won't and I'll tell you why I won't.

It seems to be only me who is having problems. Now the problem has been fixed, and I am told this from the Owner. He is a good man, so I'll persist with this server and see how it goes.

I know another 20 people who use this hosting and none of them have had one single problem. Now you could just say I'm unlucky or you could say its a coincidence its only me. Either way I don't think its enough reason to pull names out the bag so you can all bash these people.

Mike (Webair) I know your hosting is rock solid, your tech guys are even better. I have my programme on Webair. When I decide to move your first on the list man.
