I pulled a hand gun on a guy today in traffic...
 

Okay so I lost my cool and an asshole slammed his breaks on trying to get me to hit him, then got out of his car to come tell me off. So I grabbed my 45 and told him to shut the fuck up and get in his car and drive.
Now... if someone saw this and grabbed my plate could I get in trouble?
