same house on diff lot location in northern VA is 800-900k. I bought actully in Charles Town WV about 2 miles west of the VA border but right next to northern VA.

total price i got it for.. $395.995 list price they had it for was $435,995 last of the immediates they had and i offered and they accepted it!

detached 2 car garage in back :)

I was wondering that myself. It's very nice.

In Tennessee it would be around 250-350k.

In Florida from where I just left. It would be about 500-600k.
