Man, I've never EVER seen these kind of stats

TODAY:
4126 uniques 2418 join page... 1 (one) sale

Other programs
3226 uniques 1512 join page 7 sales (since Monday)
7022 uniques (no join page stats) 11 sales (since May 1st)
4006 uniques 1113 join page 3 full sales 2 trials (since May 1st)

Same traffic, same kind of gallery (4x movies ultra clean galleries)

It's a shame, because their content rocks, but money talks and so far their sales barely cover the BW since I started promoting them, so... guess I just need to move out :(

nope. why would I? They will start to convert all of the sudden? If so, then we've a problem, I can live with them not converting, I'm not drama prone, they don't sell... well, move on, there are hundreds of affiliate programs out there. And thousands of affiliates, so not a big loss for anyone

Every TGP/MGP I see is already flooded with Juggcash galleries. Maybe that's why your conversions are bad.

well, that's once of the possible explanations I was thinking about, but that would explain people not going to join page. However, once people reaches join page massively... I don't know, I'd think about processor problems, ultrahard scrubbing, bad luck... either way, it sucks.

No big deal, just posting my LAST experience with them the same way I signed because of some hip with stats, which I know 90% of times are fake or "reverse shaved" (yes, I wasn't born yesterday). Anyway, move on, nothing to see here, guess just ranting

You get a good gallery to join ratio. I am always surprised by the difference between sponsors too, it's real strange sometimes, same everything except sales :D

on a side but related note, what would people consider a good 1st to 2nd page ratio??? Out of webmasters hand i know but what do you consider acceptable before moving on?

What makes you think you can compare "unique" numbers across programs?

If you can display bandwidth stats per gallery domain and you can idenfity each sponsor by a unique domain then GB of bandwidth/# sales is a good metric that works ACROSS sponsors.

Something is up with their stats for sure, I checked it out and found something interesting. Keep your eyes on this one.

I emailed the affilaite manager just now with this thread. I have noticed the same thing.

well, I could do that if I want, and believe numbers would be worse. However, when you use the same layout, traffic and evrything, then it's a pretty fair comparisson. Let's measure it another way if you want: all other programs, when surfer gets to join page, 1 out or 200 get their wallet off his pocket. In Juggcash case, at least yesterday, it seems to be 1 in 4200+. Like it better?

Mine were just as bad, so I had to quit promoting them. Sucks cause they have some of the hottest content around.

I am also planning to stop promoting them. Sent over 2000 clicks with 0 sales.
Perhaps big boobed milfs aren't selling so good as we were thinking, perhaps they aren't kinky enough.
My traffic is tgp traffic and all other programs I promote do convert.

I haven't been able to convert them lately.

I stopped sending traffic as well, once ratios started going south like that.

2000 clicks is not enough to test a sponsor.

They use NATS and their stats show first page raw and unique, and then join page unique. So try using one of your own linking codes or a FHG and see how it tracks your clicks.

Join page clicks are showing up as qualify=1 and then showing in your stats as 1st page uniques as a result. So what are the join uniques? And then isn't the first page unique actually your join page unique since join page is showing as qualify=1 if you follow your own linking codes and FHG gallery links?

Seems very interesting to me but what do I know anyway.
