I recently received a similar threat from a guy in Nevada. The thing is that he forgot that when he joined he gave up is home address and phone number.

I wrote out a statement and sent it to the county Sheriff and when I called the next day to make sure that they got the fax the Sheriff said, "I have a guy on the way out there to pick him up right now."

It seems that in Nevada if you use the Internet to threaten someone that makes it an aggravated felony and they seem pretty serious about prosecuting.
