I bought one of those beemers a little over a year ago, but didn't think it was a really big deal.

I was happy to have it and all but this dude with all the threads is a little too excited about it.

it looked to me like he was trying to brag about his new $30k car... He is a cool kid, but I don't think posting an update on his bmw every week is necessary (the "keys" thread is like the 5th thread about it already)

and we are probably few days away from him posting "so I took my bmw on the highway today, check it out, I went 100 mph" and attaching a picture of his speedometer...

here's what i don't get ... there's a couple who live in the same condos that i do. these condos sell for roughly $60-70k. they have a porsche cayenne suv. even if they bought it used, they're looking at 50k, and drastically more if a newer model, or if brand new. why in the world would u own a car that u paid almost the same as, or if not more, than what your condo was worth ??

$150k is a little bit different where the fuck you live... dollar is just pure shit atm and a good example is that a big mac in australia is $2 while we lucky ones pay nearly $8 in norway...

or they prefer to have a modest house and travel or buy a better car (people that love cars will understand what I mean)
