My Trip To Vermont Last Week (PICS & PICS)
 

Last Thursday My family and I took a ride up to Mt Snow in Vermont where our family has a cabin (not mine but a family members) The cabin is great and is rented out most of the ski season but we like to go up in the fall and enjoy the leaves changing and sit in the outdoor hot tub. we visited a Farm and took a nice ride on an old railroad car (my youngest son loves Thomas the Train) I even milked a Cow .. a first for me.

I was up there from Thursday-Sunday with no Cell Phone or Internet Access :disgust but it was a nice break

place can sleep like 13 people .. two rooms with a king and single / one with a queen and two bedrooms in the loft that have 2 singles each ... plus the couch can open up. two bathrooms and a nice back porch with a sunk in hot tub .. about 3 hours from my house if I take the Ferry to Connecticut first. It's right on MT Snow and has great views. I haven't been up to the house in about 5 years and i liked it. I'm thinking of going up for Thanksgiving

Weather was nice .. about 55 during the day and sunny and at night it went down to about 35-40 .. it was cold getting out of the 102 degree hot tub and into the house ..:1orglaugh

I was looking around at other properties while up there .. that one is rented out most of the winter for the ski season. it is right on MT Snow .. and in a great area ..kinda like a complex ... we have a clubhouse with in indoor pool and all that for the people in that area. I think that house is worth about $300-$350k but you can get one in a nice area 15mins away from the mountain for around $200 - $250K. the place is great
