I think the problem is the sugar.. sugar and your pancreas dont mix very well, I.E. diabetis.

Psycho_x 11-09-2006 07:13 AM

Damn Iam in trouble.I drink about 5 to 7 cups a night while Iam doing my work.

DateDoc 11-09-2006 07:16 AM

nope they do not have it up yet on www.ktvu.com but i did find this on the web: http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpag... 0C0A967948260

Quote:

Statistically, the data showed that a person who drank two cups of coffee a day had twice as great a risk of pancreatic cancer as a person who did not drink coffee. For a person who drank more than five cups, the risk was more than three times that of the nonuser.

A statistical link between the drinking of coffee and cancer of the pancreas, the fourth most common cause of cancer deaths among Americans, was reported yesterday by scientists of the Harvard School of Public Health. The discovery was unexpected, and its significance is not yet clear.

darksoul 11-09-2006 07:17 AM

Doesnt matter, it's bullshit. coffee has been drank for thousands of years, and if you're worried about cancer from coffee, then you shouldnt eat anything in today's society that you dont grow yourself. :2 cents:

DutchTeenCash 11-09-2006 07:23 AM

A lotta coffee is never ok, esp if you do french press, they have many tests and the remains of coffee beans grinded are bad for you, high blood pressure etc, its a risk.

Drink espresso (not the turkish/greek one), less caffeine less remains of the beans and use sweetener.

Then again if you live in Hong Kong the air pollution is prolly gonna kill you a lot sooner then coffee.

pornpf69 11-09-2006 07:27 AM

so what?

munki 11-09-2006 07:28 AM

:Oh crap :Oh crap

darksoul 11-09-2006 07:29 AM

Whats new ?

ForteCash 11-09-2006 07:30 AM

Theres an article in the parade this week about coffee fighting cancer and having loads of anti-oxidants...

I think we all have much more to worry about, such as being named an enemy combatant and being put in a concentration camp by our own government :2 cents:

E$_manager 11-09-2006 07:33 AM

No way!!!!
Not long ago i heard some scientists' report that coffey can prevent you from cancer or the liver. This is even strainge.
