What is happening with CCBILL ?

What is happening with CCBILL ? Their affiliate login page doesn't respond since the last week. Their support page/form is also in the same condition. The only thing that works is their main page...Are they gonna do us an Ibill drama all over again ?

Mr.Right - Banned For Life 01-02-2007 05:39 AM

Mr. Romance 01-02-2007 05:43 AM

Violetta 01-02-2007 06:06 AM

Working fine in opera!

Antxx 01-02-2007 06:07 AM

Wow...amazing. Still not working. Sometimes it does partially, then it don't. I can't even ask them...i don't see the support page!!!

I updated the java and nothing works. In Opera the page hang on the login page. 3 browsers with the same problem, and ccbill is the only web page i can't see...

Basically: https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/
I can't always see it and when i do, i can't login. So...i don't know.
Gonna disable Prevx, and Bit defender...do a scan on my PC.

scottybuzz 01-02-2007 06:09 AM

Antxx, we have not had any problems here at HQ this morning that I know of and everything in the admin seems to be working fine for me.

Please make sure your cookies are enabled etc and if you are still having problems feel free to contact us directly: [email protected]

StarkReality 01-02-2007 06:21 AM

Using firefox and it's working fine as usual....

Antxx 01-02-2007 06:22 AM

Fuck. I closed everything and it's not working. I installed a wireless router last week, but it should change anything. I didn't put any special rule for the port, i only setup a wep id. There is no spyware on my PC. I am lost...Maybe this is from Canada only ? Someone have an e-mail from Ccbill or a toll free phone for Canada that i can reach them ?

Sending you an e-mail, because nothing is working.

freepornslist123 01-02-2007 06:35 AM

here's the toll free # from their site -> 888-736-6474

Jakke PNG 01-02-2007 06:38 AM

Both webadmin and affiliateadmin work just fine or me.

Antxx 01-02-2007 06:42 AM

Seem to have to do with cookies. When i delete them
i can see the affiliate page...but i am unable to login.
I send an e-mail to CCbill.

evulvmedia 01-02-2007 07:06 AM

I am having a CCBill problem too- no clicks are being reported in affiliateadmin since 01:00 GMT this morning. Reports 0 on the hour breakdown since then.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Are sales still being tracked?

HeadPimp 01-02-2007 07:08 AM

The interface works like crap for me when I use IE (after I did the last update) but works just fine in Firefox.

I'm from Canada, no problems for me. You updated java, but do you have java enabled? I heard of someone else that couldn't get into CCBill like you and it ended up being that they disabled java.

I am looking into this as we speak...

maxxxxx 01-02-2007 09:44 AM

I see a big delay in signups showing up in the affiliate area. Still have signups from yesterday slowly dropping in, and the ones made today aren't showing at all.

Klen 01-02-2007 09:52 AM

Well control panel works perfectly it's only little slow.

CCBill Paul 01-02-2007 10:33 AM

We are currently having a database issue that should be resolved very soon. This would be the reason for the clicks not showing but we are still counting sales as normal.

lazzlo 01-02-2007 10:36 AM

I have had a few email sales things today and even 2 show up in my unified stats today but when I login to ccbill admin, it has 0 sales

Martin3 01-02-2007 10:43 AM

Yeah, I'm not having any clicks/sales show up either for today. Hope it get worked out soon.

Paul Markham 01-02-2007 10:50 AM

How can I stop this? :1orglaugh

I didn't know you are an affiliate... :1orglaugh

Slick 01-02-2007 11:11 AM

I'm seeing some problems. My Stats Remote is showing nothing for both of my main CCBill accounts, so there might be something going on.

cybermike 01-02-2007 11:16 AM

Yeah yesterday it took 6-7 hours before a signup I got an email about showed up in my stats, woke up 9am est today and the admin had nothing to show for today, so 7 hours seems to be the min delay

starpimps 01-02-2007 11:23 AM

works fine for me

tehwerd 01-02-2007 11:28 AM

Seems to be working fine for me :)

xdcdave 01-02-2007 11:28 AM

Im not having any issues with Firefox and Unified Stats.

RealityWife 01-02-2007 12:30 PM

If you are using a router it will time out. We have 4 computers behind a router and ccbill times out in all of them in all browsers. We use the computers outsitde the router and it works fine. Get rid of the router or use a computer not behind it.

Arab_Sex 01-02-2007 12:31 PM

CCBILL has nothing to do with it,Its your computer.
Find the system32 folder, and delete it.

I did have a mini panic attack early yesterday when I logged in webadmin and my quick stats showed 0 across the board, then i realized it was all reset cuz of the new year. other than that all has been fine.
