GITZINGER 07-08-2007 12:59 PM

you need to show more info than that. It's a short window of time and could easily be some friend or relatives business account. Also, the fluctuations are a cause of concern, so a longer window of income would definetly be necessary.

Axeman 07-08-2007 01:04 PM

Those are some extreme fluctuations there.

That happens.

What I want to know is why his dollar values don't line up the same as they do with my online banking when we are obviously using the same bank.

Looks like Bank Of America, which I use myself. I just logged in to see if the dollars amounts lined up, and they do not. It also has a smaller font than yours.

MrLuvr 07-08-2007 08:07 PM

Is this a joke?

Someone would have to be a real idiot to consider buying a business based on 6 weeks of "sales".

It is pretty easy to bump up your sales just before a sale.

$81,000 in sales.. lol. And how much did it cost you to get those sales? $200,000?

I hope you don't find a sucker to fall for this crap.

woj 07-08-2007 08:35 PM

I'm sure you will get ton of serious buyers with an attitude like that, heh.

This is a well established business, and the profit margins are huge. This is just a snap shot of the last 6 weeks. You don't have enough information to make any kind of judgement. You are stuck in the adult world.
