For some reason, it seems, recently i have been hearing about everyone here being fat? Well Are you Fat?

um, nope. 5'8" 117 pounds. "They" say at my height I should be 130 for a 'healthy weight'. Yeah right.

Yeah I know how you feel. I am 5'6 and weigh 114. They say I should be between 130 and 140. I think they want us to be fat.

185 tall 98 kgs, all i want is to lose 10kgs but I can't, I love food and I'm not giving it up. So basically my only solution is to burn more calories. I walk about 6-7 kilometers every morning, form tomorrow I'l increase that to about 10 kilometers but it takes too much time

What's considered fat? According to the BMI, I am approaching morbidly obese being 6'3 240, but I don't look morbidly obese. I got some extra chub around the midsection for sure, but fat? I wouldn't say that.

5'5" and 130lbs, though my goal is 125lb by the end of the summer. I wouldn't call myself fat, but I'm not quite happy with the shape I'm in.
