why is that shocking? it's the name of the famous bar/restaurant/club/shopping district of a major American city. If he's local I'm surprised he didn't develop it - i think it's worth more than 250K.

Dead on, Mutt. Actually, if you knew what was going on right now in Buckhead you would realize that it was a GREAT buy at only $250k.

Wow congrats to Rick, I would have thought Dollar rental car would have been the logical company to buy this domain or a financial institution...

I think $650,000 is a bit low to be honest, but as long as the seller is happy who cares :)
