Hitler was a fool, and not even close to being a genius. The only geniuses in Nazi Germany were his generals. As long as Hitler listened to his generals he had victories. Once he started to believe his own propaganda and didn't listen to his generals the war was lost.

Hitler was a good orator, that's it. He was at the right place at the right time and was lucky enough to be surrounded by geniuses. But Hitler himself was no genius.

- Ancient history: Julius Caesar or Alexander The Great
- Middle Ages: Charlemagne
- Modern History: Napoleon
- Contemporary History: Hitler

Besides, i dont recall any elections in the date you say. The NSDAP was in power since 1933 and there was no need for further elections.

The last election i recall in NS germany was in August 19, 1934 Plebiscite allows Hitler to combine Chancellorship and Presidency.

What ever freedom you have or economy you have is owed entirely to the USA. This is a simple fact, so instead of knocking America and Americans, you should be thanking every American you see.

Look at who sold Hitler steel to build his Panzers. The US owes a lot of it's success to the second world war.
