Best Support from a Hosting Company?

What hosting company have you experienced the best support services from?
More ways to reach support?
Promptly reply to your support tickets?
More than just one person working to hand all support issues?

And besides that the company maintains a good record of keeping your box up and running.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You'll see that our backbone mix targets both the USA, but also effectively targets Asia and Europe from our high quality varied backbone mix.

We didn't just get the best providers for the USA, we also got the best providers for Europe and Asia to do the best we can from here in Los Angeles to every where!

Why is one FOX Broadcasting's head sysadmin's talking to me about moving their 20 cabinets from Los Angeles Equinix into our datacenter across the street? There's a reason!

Email me to find out!

When I first got into this business I switched hosts literally every few months for the first two years or so. Then someone recommended Techie Media.

I've been with Techie Media for 5 years or so now.

I left them once, (last year actually) because I got offered a ridiculously low price by another "name" hosting company.
The support was horrendous and I left for another "name" company
(By "name" I mean people who aren't resellers, they were big companies, they've both been mentioned in this thread a few times)

The 2nd company wasn't able to get my stuff right either, so I RAN back to Techie Media and I swear I'll never leave again.

HunkyLuke 12-15-2007 07:08 AM

NationalNet for sure! Just do a search on this forum to see for yourself. Phone call support answered within 3 rings and tickets within 5 minutes.

Want in on the best? We have some great specials on right now! email me your requirements on [email protected] and I will get you a great deal :D

Emil 12-15-2007 07:26 AM
