They dont steal your content. If you have a car and i come hotwire it and drive away you longer have a car, i stole it. Someone uploads your content you still have your content it has just been shared. And since all their content is user uploaded why not just submit a DMCA like everyone else, oh sig views my bad.

I never said monitored monitoring uploads would mean screening every video uploaded, thats very different than checking out reported videos.

I dont know much about this but couldnt you simply contact their host and make them aware that their client has illegal content on their site, isnt that basically a no-no for any hosting company.
