I personally think Bush is one of the worst presidents in my lifetime but as some like to say, the history books have not really been written yet on how his presidency will end or what he will have affected in the long term.

50 years from now it will be taught how he was an illegal president that illegally forced a country into a war and almost took down the greatest nation on earth! The debates will be if he was a dictator or not, could or should he have been tried as a war criminal during his presidency. And prob how blind the sheep of America were for allowing the patriot act to happen. I'm sure that entire subject is another 100 year of debate.

Schools and colleges for many years afterwards will discuss how his policies, ideas, war, ect played out, and why "every" idea the man has had, has failed.

I can't wait to make sure my kids know about this dark history of our Country so "maybe" they don't repeat the mistake we did.

Most of the right/republicans LOVE Reagan. And I have no idea why. His ideas, policies, thoughts and theories, all but a few, failed. They just like the 'idea' of the man, not what he actually did. I imagine history "books" will not be anything like we know of them today. Schools have outdated actual books, many of which do not even have correct world maps. I would imagine in the not so distant future the idea of a history book in school will be something they read about or watch in a current digital edition viewed on a computer of some sort.

Even then our ideas and thoughts have been archived for the future- excluding full on meltdown of all technology. The words we type now, the thoughts, arguments, videos, and everything else we do online will be available and part of history. We have more informational access than ever before in human history and it will not be rolling back in 10, 20, 40, or 50 years time. Digital formats remember forever, were past history was written by the victors and what they wanted others to think, hell nobody is left that remembers.
