I can see cam sites and dating sites staying strong is this pretty much the future of porn. the gateway to cams and dating.

I know every sponsor thinks they have the miracle pussy to keep customers happy but
I think it has to do with there billing practices more which always comes to an end.

I understand you have good intentions, unfortunately for you, not everyone agrees with your analysis of the situation. Further, companies like Brazzers who have both the huge tube traffic and their own sponsor program to support it will never fall under your jurisdiction. That is to say, there's nothing you can really do at this point to change how they see things.

So by all means, get together a small handfull of people, a coalition of the willing if you you will. Watch what happens to them when they decided as a group they're only going to market with no more than 20 seconds of free content, as an example.

Keep in mind that we used to have over 2 million unique visitors a day between AL4A, Grampland, Ampland, and ShavedGoat. Granted, it's not giving away entire members areas...but we used to hear how we were teaching people not to buy because they could get off watching all the free porn.

Thing is...all that traffic is now at the tubes, killed our traffic in TGP's. But the dirty little secret is that 90% of that traffic is teenage boys. They are jerking furiously to free porn.

But just like they did for the last 12 years on the tgps that I've been involved in...eventually they all turn 18. And then eventually they all start making money. And then they get that bank debit card. And then they want to "move up".

They want to see what's so special behind the velvet rope. There's always gonna be a percentage of people who won't buy. But there's also always gonna be a lot of people who want it all.

Keep in mind that one Deluxe Pass site has made me $794,483.29 over the last few years. But now? The rebills are falling away quick and the new sales are non-existant.

That particular model is dead thanks to the tubes. And that really pissed me off. That was a nice chunk of change every month. But that doesn't mean people aren't still gonna buy porn.

They just aren't gonna buy the same stuff that they CAN get for free.

It was hard and took a lot of work and a lot of swallowing my pride to go from being The Man in traffic just a few years ago...to now being so small that I don't even get invites to the dinners anymore. But you know what? I'm making more money now than I did then. And I intend on finding ways no matter what to continue.

Just because one door shuts, doesn't mean a dozen more aren't opening. I'm telling you, human nature is what it is. If shit is free they will take it. Hell, I like free shit too. BUT, I also like the good things and I'm more than willing to pay for them. So are the majority of people. Always have and always will.

My feeling is that since you are still doing well financially...now is the time to take it another direction. That way the old biz model can keep you in the money while you build the new revenue stream.

You said earlier you were doing that in mainstream. I wish you better luck than I had. I did all of that with several "can't miss" projects a few years back. No money.

But, as you know, there is a lot of money to be made here. There are people doing it right now. They may not post on GFY, but as hard as it is to believe...not everybody does. And a lot of the bigger players WON'T because of all the trolling and fighting and people making threads trying to ruin people's businesses.

One of the main problems is that the vast majority or paysites are absolutely shit, and too expensive or use deceptive billing practices.

Of course a small proportion of people will always purchase premium content, but soon porn will be completely commodified. The effect will trickle down into the smaller sub-niches and soon almost everyone will be able to find their particular vice and jerk off for free.

On the flip side, porn traffic overall is only going up and we are training a whole generation of kids to be porn-addicted wankers... When you've got the eyeballs, you can always sell them something.
