when did you pay him 23k? before he left the biz or after everyone was calling him out on his crap? i bought content from him back in 04 too for about 800 bucks he sent it to me but about a year later he doesnt know me and i didnt buy shit from him.

We paid nina/simon $23k last Oct.
Our deal was with nina not simon, but guess the control freak took over.
Like I've said in other threads, having any dealings with simon was my mistake, life goes on.
He is still a Thief though.

What legal issues would a purchaser of that content have if they get documents signed and IDs?

This was a fucked deal, that we are now just using as some filler content.
Yes, there was an agreement. Simon now wants to play games.
We will be consulting with a solicitor over the coming week to discuss any options.
This thread is more about showing simon for the shady fucker he is again, if people still want to do business with him, that is up to them.

Simon has demonstrated in the past on this board that he has a complete shit attitude and a "fuck you" arrogance that set off all sorts of alarm bells prompting me to put him on the "never do business with this guy" list.
