After 4 months of work...
Pretty stoked, after 4 months of work, I've finally lost 30 lbs, getting pretty close to where I wanted to be again. 220 > 190.
I can't even begin to describe how great it felt to "HAVE" to go shopping yesterday. Nothing fit anymore, new belts, shorts, jeans, and a couple shirts, and after months of work I feel like I'm getting somewhere. Eating better has done great things for my general health and energy level as well. I've all but eliminated rockstars, and "energy boosts" from my diet. Drinking juices, and paying more attention to foods that deliver the results I want instead. Today is a good day. :thumbsup:thumbsup |
I never thought you weighed 190 much less 220.
|
congrats!

Since entering this industry my highest has been 240. The past 2 years I've been stuck hovering right around 220... Now at 190, hoping to get to 185, then start working back up on muscle structure again, get back to my hockey shape. |
congrats and good luck
|
Congrats. It's not easy but it's so worth it. I know the feeling.

loosing weight is really difficult, especially when you have a computer based job where you don't get to move around a whole lot. after a long day behind the monitor(s), its hard for me to get motivated to spend an hour at the gym |
this thread is useless without nudity ;)
|
Well done!! Keep it up... :thumbsup
|
Totally awesome. I know how hard it is to lose that much weight.
Congrats!!! |
WTF! I only met you once but I don't have any memory of you being overweight at all. Not even a tad bit heavy. In fact, my memory says you were skinny.
I suppose have no one to blame other than Bad Dog for those distorted memories. |
Good for you man. It isn't always about losing weight either, it's about being healthy and "feeling good." I've made a few diet modifications lately as well and I am definitely feeling the difference. Now I just need to stop the energy drinks. ;-)
