Gamma Entertainment Acquires LiveBucks.com, Related Websites

MONTREAL - September 1st, 2009 ? Gamma Entertainment has announced its acquisition of Inoveo Communications, a Montreal based company that operates well known live cam properties.

The acquired company?s portfolio of products includes the Livebucks.com affiliate program and consumer websites PrivateFeeds, Camsters and RealLiveGuys amongst others.

All of Inoveo?s 12 employees have relocated to Gamma?s Montreal headquarters. All jobs are maintained and 2 new job positions have already been announced on the company?s Gammajobs.com website. As the acquired company is further integrated into Gamma?s operations, a top priority will be to stay in close communication with all business partners during the transition process.

Inoveo?s original founder, Karl Hamilton will stay involved as a member of the Board of Director of the newly acquired company. ?This is such a great opportunity for the company I founded 10 years ago. I feel that with Gamma?s expertise and strong footing in the industry, my baby will really thrive?, said Hamilton.

According to Karl Bernard, Gamma?s President, the purchase of Inoveo brings mature technology and expertise that benefits Gamma?s existing Pornication.com property and further fortifies and grows Gamma?s market share within the live industry.

In the coming months, Karl Bernard expects to implement changes aimed at increasing overall quality of the products and maximizing revenues for models and affiliates.

Gamma Entertainment was founded in 1996 and operates, through various partnerships, brands such as Fame Dollars, Buddy Profits and Porn Access among others. The new acquisition brings the number of Gamma team members up to 90.
