We decided we needed a little vacation, and figured that since leaves are changing colors, this would be a good time to take a little road trip.

Where in WV did ya go?

Through Greenbriar and all that... are the most beautiful WV roads you can take... and the New River Gorge area... breathtaking..

One wrong turn though.. and its Deliverance.lol

We went to New River Gorge area today. Baddog mentioned something about Deliverance area.

We are heading to the Smoky Mountains now :) Raining so that is making the trip through WV faster. Almost to Virginia now.

What part of West Virginia is that?


Will get some more pics up later. Made it to VA tonight. Tomorrow, TN.

Damn...BadDog...you do get around. I am envious as it is difficult for me to travel anymore. Some years ago...when I still had a motor home...I spent about four months traveling the States. I hit every state in the union other than Alaska and Hawaii.

I have been considering buying another motor home and hitting Alaska next summer...but as I said I don't travel well anymore...so we will see.
