How many nights of the week do you drink alcohol?
 

About 3-4 here. Want to cut down.

This year is alcohol free year due to my n.y resolution i have been a heavy drinker the past 6 years getting through a bottle of wine and bottle a vodka a day at times!

Probably 3 to 4 times a week

7 at the moment

I try to keep it to two. That shit starts to hurt too much in the morning as you get older...

Yeah about 3 or 4 too.

The weekend obviously, and nights like tonight when the game is on, i always like to have a few beers while watching!

One night per week. Just using my driking horn, and only beer of course :winkwink:

Zero here too. I only drink a little on special occasions, a little on dates and I get completely annihilated at shows but trying to not do that anymore either. :)

maybe once a week now. I use to drink beer everyday and smoke about 2 1/2 packs a day........... glad thats over

I would probably drink more but I am getting to the age when a beer gut is a lot easier to accomplish

I have cut way down after having kids. If I have a drink or two with dinner I'm done for the night... Knocks me out.

Sometimes 2 nights Fridays and Saturdays.

If there's extra in the fridge on Monday and Tues. I'll drink em :)

I have just managed a month myself if i last 6 it will be a major achievement considering my habit!

I'll drink a beer or two maybe once a week, and then an actual night of drinking drinking? Maybe once every couple of months. I'm not a big fan, especially now that I have so much legal weed

Probably 5 nights a week, usually just have either one beer with dinner or a gin & tonic before. At the very most my wife and I may share a bottle of wine.

stopped drinking regularly about a year ago I didn't quit drinking but i just dont feel the need to. The last beer i had was two months ago. I notice with me the drinking thing is more of a social crutch than something i enjoy. So i find the trick is to figure out what makes me feel anxious in the first place that provokes the drinking response.

Basically face down whats bothering ya, unless you just like drinking for efffect in which case why cut down anyway?

I usually do 2 nights of 5-8 whiskys on the rocks and then 1-2 night of white wine with dinner a week
