Naah the concensus is.. he was set up. Check all the threads.

I defended him (beautifully) :) and everyone pretty much agreed he would not be that dumb to leave his icq out there (with 15 mins edit time to think about it) after logging in with a proxy. Plus it aint his style. Black_Widow was way too agressive.
