WEBAIR is a piece of Shit!
about 9 days ago my tech told to email webair customer support and have them upgrade the php mysql libraries on my virtual plan hosting account.
Today at approx 3:30pm I get an email from support states this. ########## Begin Message ########## Your MySQL library should now be updated. *** They completely fucked up my domain that is running all kinds of php scripts and to top it all off I have no phone support for this issue only bullshit customer support emails back and forth. My beef is you do upgrades on Sundays at least get with me on ICQ which I provided in the original email with and give me a heads up. I'm loosing $$$$ cuz you guys fucked up and now i can't even call you .. cuz my plan does not support phone support! BULLSHIT!!! WTF????!!!! ICQ: 259 937 852 skype: custsupport11 :1orglaugh |

I have been with Webair for over 5 years. Never had a single problem. If I need anything I hit up the live help or pick up my phone and call, just like I would if my satellite or phone went out. Mike and Webair have went out of their way to help me out over the years and I thank them for that! I hope your problem gets sorted

you'd think you or your tech would have done due diligence about what the upgrade could possibly fuck up.

I have read many time before that webair has shitty support, but in all fairness i don't think this is one of those times. YOU and your tech asked the host to change some php and my sql settings which they sjouldnt have really done anyway because that can always cause peoples existing shit to not work corrctly. Now you blame them for shit not working right? you shouldnt have messed with anything as it was working fine. Good luck with getting your sites fixed and hopefully you learned a lesson for the future. If it's not broken, It doesn't need fixing.:2 cents::2 cents:

since you contacted them and asked them to do it , i would think you should have said " contact me first " if you had wanted to supervise or check the upgrade. Doubtfull the upgrade was the problem , more likely the scripts you had weren't supported or something. Be thankfull you got hand upgraded on a virtual account :)

I learned hard lessons about upgrading php as well, it's really hard to predict what will happen with with scripts and dbs especially when you are not the one who coded them. But IMHO Webair is one of the best hosts out there. I can't judge their virtuals since I have been always on dedicated. I have nothing but good words about Webair. My very favorite company I have ever dealt with. And their chief is the man who is always willing to help anyone who needs help.
