I know its policy to take someone to jail if this problem is worthy but i didnt think there was an actual law that mandated it. Also, not all domestic calls are violence related, so they take someone to jail for every call? Sounds like a scheme to make money more than protect someone LOL

When the first post appeared yesterday I just had to chuckle when everyone popped off with their 2 cents about poor little Jenna, and even worse all the hack opinions about "violent roided up Tito". Anyone who has ever had to deal with Jenna Jameson before knows what an unstable fucking mess she is. Years ago we booked her to do signings at several of our adult bookstores and she showed up in no condition to be around the public, and she even tried to pick fights with several customers that wanted to take pictures with her. We had to cut everything short after 2 stores because she was too drugged up and combative to deal with. It never fails to amaze me how porn people say they hate being judged, but in turn they are the most judgmental people on the planet...

In California at least, not sure about other states... If the police respond to a domestic disturbance call... someone is going in, no ifs, ands or buts.

If you make them get off their butts and come to your house, somebody's going to jail, and 99.9% chance it's the husband. Which also means he'll end up spending thousands in legal fees even if nothing happened.

I think it's in most state's. Bare minimum, a majority of states. Somebody is going to jail.

It's my understanding that in most states an arrest is only made if there's evidence of a physical confrontation. Otherwise, the man is merely shown the door until such time as he, her, or both of them have sobered up.
