Ok, this guy is a real special case.

He's intending to use content that was exclusively licensed to us (TrikePatrol) to build his own website.

Even told us so directly.

He does not give two shits about the DMCA law.

Through a tip, we were able to get a peek at the early beginnings of his "site". (quite pathetic looking so far)

I have already contacted the host, iPage.com, with a DMCA notice. I hope they will comply and do the right thing. We'll see what happens.

If by any outside chance they do not, I would expect that no upstanding Asian niche webmaster would support or promote this individual who has absolutely no regard for doing business honorably.

with proof there is nothing I wouldnt do, I'd be contacting his registrar and the upstream of his host if they refuse to co-operate with you. This is a pretty outrageous claim and for him to be so bold about it is simply incredible.

An entire one year later and we can all see the smoke screen to deceive affiliates that Jimmy Regina and his partner attempted in order to prevent hotmanilanights from competing with trikepatrol has failed.

Affiliates who signed on are more than happy to continue sending sales. No DMCA was ever received after HotManilaNights was launched. All my models are still there. Sales are good and continuing to climb.

Doing things the shady way by trying to deceive affiliates in the end has not payed off. Sorry trikepatrol, your ruse failed.

On another note for affiliates... it appears as though HotManilaNights seems to be the last 100% exclusive site in the Filipina porn, multi-model niche. We have not had a need to post videos that are several years old from the "Teen Philippine" DVD series and try to pass them off as brand new shoots like trikepatrol has been doing. HotManilaNights is now and ALWAYS WILL CONTINUE TO BE 100% EXCLUSIVE. You will NEVER find licensed content on HotManilaNights that can be found on any old DVD's or any other site.

To the many affiliates who obviously saw through the lies trikepatrol tried to feed you, my humble thanks, and I raise my glass to you with the promise of yet another prosperous year to come! To the small few who bought their story... I am sorry to you guys as you lost a lot of money.
