GFY Republicans: How do you feel about your people taking down craigslist?

that's right you are guilty you hypocritical FUCKS. You make your money in porn but you tea bagger cocksuckers are actively trying to vote in righty extremests who will do everything in thier power to shut the porn biz down. Craigslist is just the first step, way to go assholes.

pussyluver 09-04-2010 01:49 AM

Chill out a bit would ya?

Not all Republicans are members of the Tea Party movement..
Not all Tea party members are cock suckers
Not all conservatives or Republicans are religious extremists
Not all conservatives are Republicans
Some Democrats can be considered conservative
Some Democrats are religious extremists
Not all liberals are Democrats

Think you get the point.

We have some problems in the world and leadership in the U.S. needs to change in the next election cycle. That would apply to Republicans and Democrats.

Can't say I'm excited about the religious bend to a lot of things either, but that is the way it is.

MovieMaster 09-04-2010 01:57 AM

Last I checked Bush didnt do anything to adult? All on Obamas watch...

But lets be honest about it... Its been a pretty shady marketplace for illegal activities for a long time, the hookers and prostitutes will just find another corner online to do their thing.

wait huh? you are lecturing me on all the shade of red within the republican party? Thanks but Im well versed on this new strain of crazy that the entire republican party is kow-towing to now.

And you think because Bush didn't outlaw porn that this new wave of wacko Tea Baggers won't try? Trust me they will. Besides it's well documented that Bush and Ashcroft were making plans to shut porn down until 9/11 happened.

Adult Services remain accessible to those outside the US per a CNN report.

The current political mood in the US is to legislate and control everything and everyone. Human trafficking is not acceptable and a horrible thing. Is it reason to shut down a portion of Craigs List? As for the prostitution AGs are so worried about, I think it should be legal. Closing this part of CL is not going to stop the illegal activity....

pussyluver 09-04-2010 07:38 AM

Waiting for SlutBoat to address Datedoc's post with reference to the 12 Democrat AGs.

LOL ... I don't think it skipped MovieMaster's mind .....

Slutboat 09-04-2010 09:09 AM

I should have said "CONSERVATIVES" its been Republicans in this country that have been trying to censor porn and lock up pornographers for years but these Democratic AG's are "Blue Dog Democrats" they are center-right and by any measure conservative when it comes to their opinions on freedom of speech. I believe these Democratic AG's are guilty of kow-towing to the religious right and they should be removed from office.
You think these AG's thought up this shit on their own? They are bending to the will of radical right wing teabaggers who are calling for the end of craigslist now, and the end of all porn production and distribution next.

I'm not pro-Democrat and blindly anti-Republican Im pro AMERICAN, the America that I grew up in stood for tolerance, peace, freedom of religion and freedom of speech as an UNALIENABLE right. The current virulent ideaology of the Republicans, who incidentally have no voice other than the angry racist agenda of the so-called Tea Party, is leading us down a very slippery slope of bigotry and intolerance.

I'm in shock that most GFY people seem fine with the government taking down craigslist adult, you guys really don't see what a scary precident this is and major direct threat to YOUR livelyhood? The GOP in Texas want to outlaw ALL porn and even make homosexuality a crime and hathe attorney general in TX is one of the most vocal about censoring craigslist?

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/2010..._clubs_an.html

This isn't just fringe activists on the far right people, THIS IS THE OFFICIAL STANCE OF THE GOP :ha
The 25-page proposal, presented last week as a guide for the state GOP over the next two years, includes other measures including outlawing “sexually oriented businesses” like strip clubs and banning “all pornography"...

Or all the Repubican members of Congress and backward throwback candidates the Repubs are trying to inflict on us that want porn outlawed:

http://www.examiner.com/progressive-...ty-pornography

I could post MANY more links to Republicans who are trying to outlaw porn if I wanted to make this a manifesto, do your own research and you will find an endless crowd of nut jobs on the right who are very close to taking serious power in the US thanks in part to FOX fake news.

You people of GFY are in the sex trade business- YOU make YOUR livelyhood from a legalized form of prostitution, without sex workers there would be NO PORN. So where is the outrage that this huge blow against all sex workers and the first amendment has just been struck by ASSHOLE CONSERVATIVE Democrats AND Republicans?ha

You think this is going to end with craigslist? The next site to be censored could be your most profitable pay site or sponsor so wake the fuck up people and yes I stand by my claim that GFY Republicans are the most mixed up and hypocritical motherfuckers on the planet and blindly and actively working against their own business interests.

Vendzilla 09-04-2010 09:24 AM

so you're saying some people don't like porn and you don't like them?

It's not the removal of the Adult Services that I'm concerned about but rather the removal of the Adult Gigs section.

Adult Gigs is where we do recruitment for performers, production staff, etc. Fortunately, I see that they've started to post in the the Talent Gigs section. At the same time, it's creepy seeing adult recruitment ads mixed with ads for 'Kid Models Wanted for Fashion Show". :disgust

You should really get better sources of information than whatever propaganda outlet you are listening to. I would suggest trying something like going to one of your local Tea party gatherings and finding out what they are actually talking about.

There is NOTHING about the tea party movement that has anything AT ALL to do with censorship. They are far too libertarian for that. Are there people in that movement that are pro-censorship? I'm sure that there are.... There are wackos from EVERY party or group. However if you actually take the initiative to find out for yourself what is going on at Tea Party rallies you will find that all they are talking about is big government, high taxes, too much government power, overspending, etc.... (They are often just as mad at the republicans as the democrats). Nothing to do with porn.

I don't really hold out hope that you will use your own initiative to find out facts for yourself.... you will probably just take whatever someone else spoon feeds you in order to form your views and opinions.... but I can at least try to make a suggestions to you.

It's up to you bud.

Huh? Typical far right loony mischaracterization of a logical argument. No I don't dislike them or you, see I don't dislike people I haven't met based on their ideas, skin color, sexual preference, religion or anything else. I don't hate anyone unless they give me a damn good reason to. The Tea Party, of which you so vehemetly defend on GFY, stands for the exact opposite of these values that are the core foundation and principals America was built on.

You are pretty much on spot about the Tea Party's agenda...but you left off that the majority of the Tea Party will vote Republican...though they may very well vote against most Republican's that are currently in office...in favor of a different Republican...but it is fact that the majority of the Tea Party are right leaning.

From my perspective they lean towards the "core foundation and principals America was built on". BTW...I am not a member of the Tea Party...nor am I a Republican or Democrat. I used to be a registered Democrat but not anymore.

I believe he is talking about using the new regs under the false pretense of protecting children by backdating laws illegally, as well as making the record keeping so difficult that it's obvious sole intention was to make existing legal porn illegal and also make future legal porn 10x more difficult to produce. i.e.: things like photos and videos of women who were obviously 80 years old were suddenly unusable.. (to protect children lmao.. ya right).

dood it's very simple .... ill give you an example... you ever go buy beer or cig's here in america and even though your for sure over 21 years old.. im talking a beard , gray hair.. and a fucking walker... and guess what... you still get ID'd .....

the new regs are not bad at all dood... all they say are prove she's over 18.... it's very simple..... weather she is 90 with wrinkles or just turned 18 with no grass on the infield the bottom line is they all need to prove they are over 18 if you can't then it shuold be just as good as child porn... that simple.....

listen I Think it's stupid that a gilf would need to prove she's over 18 but... it is what it is.. and if thats why I gotta do to protect children thats what we gotta do... you can't make laws on these things on a case by case basis..... it has to be across the board...

it's simple...

you film porn you need to prove everyone on camera is over 18.... that simple...

I am willing to bet 90% of the people that film content do not do 2257 the way it's supposed to be done.....

ill ask a simple question ... how many "files" do you keep for each girl...

lets see how many producers are actually up on the laws.....

it's very simple.....
