My email from SKNANB
I emailed the [email protected] address to inquire about when I would get access to my funds, here's the reply:

Looks more and more like the people will have access to their VV funds before I get access to my wallet funds.
|
Had the exact same email :)
Will wait and see, had written off the money already so bonus if I get it back :) |
Sounds a bit more promising.
If I can deposit all mine into dynadot using vv within the next month or so I will be quite happy :) |
This is very similar:

So the BIG question remains,
Why did they Cut Off Epassporte? |
I receive same message:
Dear Cardholder, Thank you for your email regarding your Visa prepaid card. After a short further delay of approximately one week or less you will be provided with information on how to obtain your card balances and access to your card funds. We will email you with further information regarding this matter and you can always review the SKNANB.com website for further updates as they are released. In addition, we will shortly advise of a dedicated telephone number for support. Thank you for your patience and continued patronage. SKNANB Card Support and, new one: Thank you for your email. St Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited (SKNANB) is committed to adhering to Visa's stringent program requirements and maintaining the integrity of the global payment network. On instruction of SKNANB, on September 23rd, 2010, ePassporte's network access for cards issued by SKNANB was disabled. As a result, SKNANB prepaid cardholders will not be able to view their card balances through the ePassporte.com website. SKNANB is actively working to restore, as soon as possible, SKNANB prepaid cardholders' ability to get information regarding their Visa card balances and to obtain access to all their Visa card funds. SKNANB prepaid cardholders can expect further communication from SKNANB on or before September 30th 2010. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected]. In addition, a dedicated telephone line will be setup shortly for customers to call. SKNANB appreciates your continued patience. St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited |
Perhaps this from their website is a harbinger of things to come from them? Could all of this be their effort to steal the Epass biz?

Got the same email from them.
|

I am not sure. An auto reply would be sent immediately. I received that reply a couple of hours after I sent them an email. Maybe they have a dedicated person who copy and pastes the reply all day?

and what do you expect? everyone is asking the same, where is my money, so same reply is expected :2 cents:
|
That looks like good news though, if it's accurate and not just bank smoke and mirrors.
|
It's becoming more evident that St. Kitts needed to "float" the ePass cash, using the compliance issue as an excuse. Remember they've been trying to bailout TCI bank. Way too many coincidences in this whole time frame of things. IMHO.

Something else about their card: A minimum charge of $10 in the currency of the card applies for cash advances from other banks' Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Daily withdrawals cannot exceed EC$1000 or its US dollar equivalent. |

Guys, when sending email to SKNANB what did you send them, apart from:
- name - card number (full or last 4 digits?) |

Seems strange that it got disabled twice. Maybe the first time they only disabled some functions (ATM withdrawal and the use of Virtual Visa), and on the 23rd they blocked the cards totally. Overall, it looks like some people might get access to their funds on their VV afterall. |
