If there is suitable competition, then no. Shit happens in business, but purely for their lack of communications throughout this time, a time that has been stressful for many of their clients. Was unacceptable.

I can't continue to use them, even if I liked to.
They will loose all their international business if they survive.

the thing is that so far they haven't stolen any money. If we get our money this can just prove that they are totally reliable and that some serious problems like this one can be overcome.
