Thanks TMM & U Better Get NATS 4.1 ALL!
First I'd like to say thanks to everybody at TMM for their hospitality and generosity. I literally did not have to want for a thing while I was out there. Everything from A to Z was covered. I could ramble for hours about how great everything and everybody was. I will just keep it simple and say THANK YOU to everybody at TMM. I enjoyed my stay very much. You made this an experience I will never forget.
In regards to NATS 4.1 : If you are running 3.0 or 4.0 and are undecided about migrating to the new version when it comes out, let me offer this tiny suggestion. YOU BETTER DO IT SOONER THAN LATER. Those who do not upgrade will be left in the dust when this release comes out. Not only does it include things that the TMM crew programmed into it, but ALOT of things we created and suggested while us affiliates were out there for a couple of days. I plan on seeing at least a 15% increase in just time productivity using 4.1 as an affiliate. I forsee at least a 20% base increase in profitability as well from the advancement of the adtoos. The marriage of the stats reporting with the ad tools, has finally produced an all around tool capable of helping you maximize your revenue. There is no doubt that I as an affiliate will lean very heavy towards programs on NATS 4.1. Given two similar programs, I absolutely WILL choose the 4.1 over any existing versions. It is literally the kind of difference between the old school type programing HTML by hand in notepad and using an integrated client like Dreamweaver. NATS 4.1 IS A MAJOR LEAP AHEAD! For programs that are on MPA3: NATS 4.1 makes MPA3 look like a childs toy. Honestly, I don't see how you can even put them into the same category. I've prompoted a couple of sites on MPA3 and I ended up droping them because of the complete lack of performance and reporting that MPA3 delivers. If you take your business seriously, get on board with NATS 4.1. Sorry MPA3 if your feelings get hurt when you read this. Your product is inferior to NATS 4.1. Not much more to say than that. For programs on CCBILL: If you are looking at taking that next big step in the industry, I highly suggest NATS 4.1 over any other programs. Specific tools that will be added in this release, were based off the lack of CCBILL options I encountered over the years. I personally spent many hours during the 3 day conference covering these issues and am proud to know that the solutions for them will be incorporated into NATS 4.1. I can absolutely GUARANTEE you will not find these new tools in any other affiliate tracking system. Specifically because these tools were created due to a lack of them availiable in all the EXISTING programs out there. (Even previous NATS versions!) For Affiliates: I encourage you to chat with the programs that you promote and to request NATS 4.1 for your affiliate traffic. The amount of time savings and money that will be generated on 4.1 programs is going to be phenomenal. It will allow you to promote programs across a wide variety of niche sites in your network, all from one interface. You will no longer have to worry about modifying existing ad tools, customizing them, making them platformable. The guesswork of what ad tools to use will be non-existent. For the first time in the adult business, affiliate webmasters will have a one stop comprehensive marketing firm at their fingertips. AFFILIATE POWER is the core of this new version. It has literally been made by us...for us.... I understand that there are still quite a bit of programs that are on 3.0 who have been hesitant to uprgrade to 4.0 because of affiliates responses to it. I can assure you that when NATS4.1 comes out. Affiliates are going to be praising it like the second coming. It won't even be an issue of whether or not you should upgrade to it, its going to be a necessity if you want to remain competitive in this industry against people running it. Otherwise you will find your affiliates running to programs that do offer it. This ones not hard to see. 4.1 is going to reset the industry standards in terms of affiliate needs and you are either going to have it, or be one of the ones clammering to get it. Summary: I am sure some people as well as competitors will think this is just spam or that I am sucking them off for bringing me out. I can assure you that is not the case. I burned their ear every day out there on all the stuff I thought sucked or was lacking about 3.0 & 4.0. I didn't hold back anything and i can honestly say that the majority of all my issues were resolved as well as suggestions will be incorporated into this newest release in some way or another. I'm just super excited to finally have a tool that will cut down massive amounts of repetitive work actions as well as make all the complex mathmatical calculations that I used to do by hand in regards to maximing my income via reporting.....for the most part now automated and at my fingertips. I encourage everybody interested in staying viable and profitable to contact TMM at the earlist possible date you can and requesting more info on either purchasing 4.1 or getting your request in ahead of time to get upgraded to it upon its release. * Phone 732-385-1536 * Fax 732-385-1274 * [email protected] Charlie - Still waiting on you to respond to my ICQ friend request. For the record. I was one of the affiliates who didn't care much for 4.0. It was confusing as fuck to me. I infact did steer away from grabbing material off of 4.0 and went towards promoting people who were still on 3.0 because it was easy to get in and easy to get out. ask away.... |
Wait, you met Boris and Vladimir?
|
I bet you had fun in Jersey!

I'm not going to go into details about the 4.1 system, but I don't think its a difficult thing to correlate increased performance with profit. Its pretty much the end function of performance. |

I am glad to hear you had a good stay with TMM and that it was a productive one - Their idea was really good and I am sure it will benefit both them and their clients going forward. Cudos on that to TMM. That said, it is clear to me that you have not seen MPA3 lately so I want to invite you to a FULL DEMO of MPA3 as it is today with Ananda Sisk - either on the phone or in person (depending on where you are) - This way you can see exactly how MPA3 is set up for for both a PROGRAM OWNER (which I take it you are) and AS AN AFFILIATE. I will have Ananda contact you (please post your contact information so we can get hold of you) to set it all up. I look forward to hearing your feedback once the demo is done. :thumbsup |

Would you want your accountant or marketing firm you hired to do things SIMPLE for you? Ease of use is very different from SIMPLE from a software point of view NATS 4.1 is easy to use, but the software is very complex. I would think that is what most people would want. |

2.) I have seen MPA3 many times. I know I don't like it. I fucking hate squash. I don't care if you put butter on it or hide it in some pasta. I hate it. 3.) I am an affiliate. Not a paysite owner. If you would have taken the time to actually read what I wrote. That would have been clear. 4.) Every paysite owner I know that is running MPA3 has already either decided to migrate to 4.1 or has already installed NATS and just hasn't switched over. Thank you for your offer, but I'm not interested. I'm NATS all the way... |

From a program's POV, it was a much enlightening experience watching you guys drill the TMM crew about what YOU, the affiliates, need.
Nice meeting you out there Tim. |
i dont think you can compare mpa3 with nats, cause the price is in other category :2 cents:

Late with my thank you's here, nice post Tim!
I owe some extra thank you's, y'know, cuz people took care of me and stuff. :) Avalanche, you'll make a great mom some day. ;) Thanks everyone. My overall reactions from the whole trip... NATS is run by some great people first and foremost. They really took care of us, perhaps me more literally than others, and the excess was welcomed. We spent a couple days dealing with the people most responsible for writing the software, and they're all nice and intelligent people. I was happy we were actually able to provide input, as they'd already been through this stuff so many more times than we had, and being able to "play catch" (pitcher or catcher??) with them helped advance a lot of the conversations. It's only natural that we'd bring up many of the same things they've talked about ad nauseum amongst themselves. I loved the new look and feel, and the fact that NATS 4 owners will automatically get the upgrade. Though they're adamant in naming it 4.1 for many reasons that were discussed with us (and promptly forgotten!), it really seemed to me much more like NATS 5, or at least 4.5! At least from the perspective of an affiliate. On the real people, there's precious few companies who really take care of this industry. We all laud guys like Ron C because without them, how fucked would we all be. The vast majority of people in our industry aren't business people, and many of those that try end up abusing our trust and screwing us any chance they get. We all have our own horror stories, many of them shared amongst us. The people behind NATS should be also given that kind of respect for continuing to invest in our growth. Who among us hasn't profited from their work? Everyone knows how hard things are at the moment, and here they are with their best software yet. I just wish I had this 5 years ago y'know? In business there's always risk and opportunity, and it would have been real easy for them to switch focus away from this and onto the next thing, milking what's left like everyone else has done. Limiting risk and looking for new opportunities. You and I profit from their choice to re-invest in this industry. NATS will never be 3.0 again, so keep beating that dead horse until you're satisfied. I know for myself that I'll be much happier to use NATS 4.1 where I can, because it has better tools for me. I mean I still have my great grandfather's hammers, and sometimes I still use them, but there's something to be said about a non-wooden handle. Now I'm sitting here in my hotel room in Las Vegas, went to the Palazzo to watch the Miami Boston game tonight, planning my next business adventure here, life is good. Thanks again to everyone!! If I could do it all again, I would have worn a bib. ;) |

It was nice meeting everybody as well. I tried to talk and get to know everybody in the smoking circle as much as possible...
I was very comfortable discussing things with everybody. Until the last night, when I started to have worries that I might be molested...lol |

The crew TMM crew was extremely professional and the exchange of ideas were on my level as an affiliate. The behind the scene admin area for program owners gave me a lot of insight as to what a program owner can see and do. NATs 4.1 addresses a lot of issues I had with previous versions. The ability to quickly see were my join came from. In one click compared to just two or three clicks and seeing the entire URL without digging. That may not seem like a big deal to some put when I am pushing traffic to over 65 programs those clicks add up in time that could be used elsewhere. The layout has improved significantly and less clicks to get to where you want to be. TAGGING is the future for custom campaigns. TAGGING is simple enough for the weekend webmaster and can be highly configurable for the advance webmaster who needs to drill stats down into parts that make sense.
