I cant register affiliate account there because im from Poland, a European Union member.

But i could do this if i was from such a reliable countries like: Albania, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, RWANDA or NORTH KOREA.

It is not OK to praise CCBill too much. They might get spoiled. If there hadn`t been a CCBill, others would occupy that place. Simple as that. When you cut a tree in a forest other tree would grow up on that same place.

This is true, thank you. The blocked countries list is easily changed in the sponsor settings and we are always happy to contact a sponsor on behalf of an affiliate trying to register.

my czech company has a CCBill account so i'm sure this is nothing a few nice words cannot change ;)

but i have to agree, the Poland, Czech Republic or Slovakia of today are not the same countries anymore like 10 or 20 years ago. A lot has changed.

I think the default is set to block countries like Poland, but I believe I was able to have SpookyCash set to accept folks otherwise blocked.

I really dont understood why ccbill dont offer own debit card for payment-i mean it's piece of cake to issue debit cards for payments.

Also,about Polland,they are probably by default on disabled country list on ccbill,same as Croatia and other countries,but that problem can be simply resolved by telling owner of program to add your country to signup list.

And also,Polland was one of two countries in Europe which was in plus this year while all other was in minus,plus they were only one who rejected stupid swine flu vaccine.

Yeah I agree the majority of the people think movies are reality

A simple email to CCBill pointing out a possible error in their country-selection script probably would have been a nicer way to handle this.

Problem: Polish webmasters can't be trusted.
Fix: Move to Germany
