We paid this person on 03-14-2011 $400 for 90 header links.
Up to date he has not added our links, even if we have sent him two reminders.
We are taking this very seriously and a last warning has been sent to the seller before we we take action.

Your links are going up. I apologize for the delay. I manually add each link on my sites and I had one person buy a link and was waiting on another to finalize a deal which when you're doing them manually, it's MUCH easier to add them all at once, I don't got no fancy system for adding, it's manual, which does make it easier for putting multiple urls, which some people desire.

Don't worry, your time won't start until the very last link is added. Since I see this is causing frustration, I won't wait for the others, I'll just kick them up, I'm sorry

You can ask anyone that's purchased from me, the links were placed, I'm not out to fuck anyone over, I can assure you of that. I've been in this business for OVER 13 years now and I've always been honest and I don't intend on changing that now.

That's what you told me on the previous emails and yet no links have been added, either refund my client or add the links by today, all of them and in the header, or my client will take other steps.

I hate to have brought this on a public board, but you really left me no choice thus because in 2 weeks trying to resolve this in private had no effect at all. Fact is since this morning you didn't even add 1 link and at this point others should know how you handle your business.

Hello, I'm not sure what you mean that NO links have been added, there's at least 20 some spots added last week. I'm not sure what you're talking about "trying to resolve this matter", there's been no conflict between us over this.

I'm sorry for having a manual system for adding links. I've tried before to add people all on different levels and it got confusing in the past, so I try to get a couple of people sold, then I go through and add them together as a group, makes life easier than 4 or 5 people at different spots. I've had a couple of people that were supposed to get back to me on decisions, so I waited. Again, I apologize.

Don't worry, I'm not out to screw anyone over, in 13 years, I've never screwed one person.

You have until tonight to get all links up or refund the customer.

The spots are going up, I'd just appreciate you not making false accusations that no spots were added when some WERE added.

Your information on the invoice you sent me 2 weeks ago has now been forwarded to the customer in order for him to use, so I firmly suggest you either refund him or have all links up by this evening (header links).
I have nothing more to do in this matter, other than check tomorrow morning if the links have been added and report it to the customer. If you want to continue talking and not acting and I suggest "fast" Mr. Nick Mihelich then that will be your problem.

I apologize for the situation. The rest of the links ARE being added as we speak, I'm not just talking. I know there's people out there that try to screw people, but my intentions have always been to get the spots added. Like I say, I just try adding them in bulk at the same time, I'm sorry.

hey man, noticed you removed the header links from one of your main sites. actually it looks from the contact info on it that is no longer yours or something like that. and also disappeared from your network list.
that site is one of the main reason i bought from you being the top site on your list. please get back to me about this matter because i don't believe is fair.

I'm sorry about the site getting sold. I was put into a VERY horrible financial situation where my back was against the wall and had someone making me an offer I couldn't refuse. I had no choice but to sell the site to save my ass. I plan on giving everybody free time as compensation and I got new sites just about ready to go, plus I've been hitting my SEO on my current sites hard to make up.

It was a total last resort on my end. My wife moved out back in November and I've not only lost the couple of bucks she had to help out with bills, but she was struggling, so I had to help her our a bit to, not to mention I have my 3 kids here which I gotta pay for.

In addition to the wife ordeal, I've had the continuing decline of income, I've got behind on many bills, one of which was my server bill, which was behind a couple of months with the threat of being shut off, so it was a last resort to sell it. I really truly hated like hell to get rid of it. I wish I had another option.

I'm not trying to pitch a sob story here, it's what happened.

Thank God now the wife moved in with her boyfriend, so he's her responsibility now and I can get a little more back on my feet, but I guess damage has been done.

I do plan on compensating everyone for this, giving at least a couple of extra months time to everyone that bought a spot. I do greatly apologize for everything.
