...on my SEO I will pay to the SEO expert. 100 dollars for every 50,000 "drop" on Alexa and a monthly 100 dollars for keeping Alexa at 100,000 or less. Then I do not care if your hourly is cheap and your other links are any good. NO move on Alexa NO money...:2 cents:

This is the first time I've seen a SEO contract that depends on Alexa ranking.
For my clients, we agree in SERP.
They pay me to help their sites move to top 10 of Google for specific keywords within a period, usually 3 to 6 months.
You are right that no one pays for hours of working in SEO ;)

No surprise to me. I have no understanding how SERP works or all the click thru stats... That is all Chinese to me. But I understand if I am rated as 300,000 rank on Alexa or 100,000 that makes sense to me. The expert SEO person should get that not all of us are geeks...:thumbsup
