I would stay away from this guy, at least if you buy links for traffic.

I paid $200 for a 30 day menu link across all pages of a (supposedly) 14-17K a day site. Mix of organic and referral.

A total of 423 users in 30 days. Laughable.

EDIT: also seller ignore me for days when I challenged him on this. Yet 2 mins after I post this he emails me. Classic.

all these sites are trading traffic sites with approx 5-10% SEO. I'd say inadequate prices for such bargain...
